poor service
went in, and they tried charging me again, i asked to speak to a manager and got told no. i order 4 glazed donuts and a kolache, when i got there i recieved nothing but problems, the guy working the drive thru was no hello and wasn’t even trying to understand that i already paid, i showed him the confirmation and he still charged me $6 for a $2 milk. terrible customer service. the app doesnt even have all the items on them either

A Little Bit of Texas
The Shipley Do-Nut team in Odenton is one of the friendliest left in a “fast-food” environment. The orders (usually placed online or in the app) are always correct and if they can’t meet the need, they give a call ahead of pickup to verify a substitution. The donuts are very good, though the apple fritters could be a little less dense. Nice addition to the donut scene in central Maryland.

Only select Shipleys
I live minutes away from 3 different shipleys and none of them are in this app. The ones nearest me in app are at least a 30-45 min drive. App is really pointless if you can only use at a handful of shipleys in the state.
