I love the intuitive elements of the design, but I paid $30 for the subscription and the app constantly crashes. The help and contact links on the app don’t work. (I would have contacted the developers directly rather than leaving a negative review, but this seems like the only option for communication.) The constant crashing and clunkiness makes the app difficult to use. I also think it would be beneficial to be able to view a month or year of stats at once, or to be able to scroll through the weeks to get a more holistic impression. Overall this app has a lot of promise but it needs major improvements and customers need a way to communicate issues. I feel bummed about having spent $30 on something that doesn’t really work at the moment. Hoping for improvements!
