  • No HomeKit support

    The app is glitchy, slow to respond to selections, and does not offer HomeKit integration. There is also no Apple Watch app. Would expect a lot more for the app that accompanies such an expensive thermostat. $200 thermostats and accompanied apps offer a lot better user experience in the user interface of the application.

  • Login Issues

    While it seemed to be a good app, I’ve had problems logging in. Error messages about server errors and issues with network that are not present on with other devices we log into remotely using iPhone and iPad. The app is not saving the user and password on these devices as do other apps. It finally logged in on the iPhone so I’m leaving it open so I don’t get locked out. Not a good situation.

  • Too American

    We really liked our Nest. Replaced the furnace and AC with heat pump. Had to “upgrade” to the Lennox smart thermostat. Stupid thing is set to metric but always defaults to Fahrenheit. I work less than 3 km from home so during the day the away settings won’t kick in. Not a smart thermostat. Looking for a true smart thermostat to work with the new system

  • Barely works currently but I have hope

    I don’t know if it’s because I have a zoned system or what, because I can’t imagine it’s this bad for everybody… but as often as not, this app shows completely different status information from what is shown on my primary thermostat. Often it’ll even show the correct information for a brief moment, and then switch to totally different incorrect values.

  • No more performance monitoring!

    With the older S30 unit I used to be able to monitor my HVAC’s performance on my computer. You could tell how efficient the system was running that way by monitoring on your computer. But now Lennox changed it up and you can no longer monitor performance and see just how your system was working because they knew that that computer feature control gave the consumer power to complain about poor performance, so they eliminated that feature, which is why I am very disappointed with this new system. Lennox needs to get on the ball and get back to what it was which was a good system but now the old system got them into a tight situation because consumers were complaining knowingly that their unit was not performing properly. This was a bad step by Lennox and I wish they would change it. They took a step backwards and I resent that. I don’t think I’ll buy Lennox again.

  • Schedule setting super buggy

    Almost impossible to change temp setting in schedule without it reverting to something random.
    Only allows 4 slots / day for schedule which is crazy low.
    Faults that are cleared only appear in the dealer hidden menu.
  • Unusable

    Edit; developer suggested reinstalling the app. The same problem exists, cannot scroll to the right far enough to see “my home”.

    The app simply does not allow you to scroll over far enough to the right to be able to access “my home”. It also likes to revert the changes you have just made randomly, so you have to stay on the screen for a very long time to allow it to “take”. The furnace is great, the app is utter garbage compared to something like “Nest”. 😢

    Still lots to be desired I have two of them one works great ie changing displays etc while the other one doesn’t
  • Trouble since iOS17

    This app needs bug fixes since the iOS 17 update. Almost every time I reopen it, what I have now finally figured out as the correct indoor temperature and status of the heat pump shows on the screen but then 10 seconds later, it changes to something completely different, different temperature, different setpoint, different running /not running indicator icon.

  • Still crashes on 4.26

    Can’t use the app. Constantly crashes whenever I tap on my home. Developer mentioned updating to 4.26 which I have and it still crashes.
