  • Cannot reach any customer service for help

    I got a new phone and everything transferred over except this app. I cannot log into my business website without it. And I cannot reach anyone for help in disabling my two factor code so that I can actually work in my website. I am losing money every day and cannot see customers orders. I would definitely find an authenticator app that has is there to help you in time of need. Someone you can talk to when you run into real issues --this company is not there to help.

Step1: Open the app on your old device and click on Backup&Sync at the top of the authenticator tab step2: Enable the Backup&Sync. step3: Sign in your new device with the same Apple ID as your old device. step4: Open the app on your new device, your two factor code will be synced to your new device. If the above steps do not meet your expectations.Please send an email to support@huameinetworks.com, we will assist you in completing the transfer. Thank you for your understanding.

If you want to cancel a subscription, please find it in your Apple ID Settings -> Subscriptions and cancel before the 3 days expire.     Was starting up the app and was charged 52$ when I was not looking to add the upgrade.

    Hi, Ndiazsierra, Our service provides a 3-day free trial, so that the user can confirm whether it is what he needs. We use the subscription function provided by iOS. When you confirm the subscription, you will see the payment dialog shown by the iOS system. If your Apple ID has not yet set up a payment method, the iOS system may prompt you to add a credit card. Only Apple has access to your credit card information, we do not need this information and do not have access to it.
