Best Pizza!
I have loved this pizza ever since it came to my town in 1969. I even worked there for a few years while in school. It may have changed a little over the years, not sure, but I try all the new pizzas but keep going back to PG’s.

Latest order not visible
A common issue with these food ordering app… The order i *just* put in is not visible ANYWHERE on the app after i dismiss the order complete screen :-(

Also online payment didn’t work because it kept asking for missing CVC even though I added it during the Add Payment Method process. I also cannot modify payment details. I have to re-add everything all over again

Two stars because at least i could place an order

Better, Not Great
This version is better than the last, but needs work. The fields for credit card, address, etc. all need to be manually entered - it’s 2023! Page orientation is also not designed for mobile phones. Sides get cut off.

Launch a credit card number on the app and save it

Fix it please
Your app keeps struggling when I click place the order. I have to hit it several times, which has resulted in multiple orders a few times.

Payments not processed
What good is an app to order if it keeps telling you to add the CCG number. If it doesn’t take your order it is just junk

New isn’t always better
The old app worked. I never had trouble ordering, I do now (how can they not allow an option for EXTRA toppings… like the old app did).
The payment section glitches periodically and makes it impossible to finish the transaction.
The app asked me if I wanted to use my reward, I did. Payment glitched, the reward amount wasn’t taken off and there was no option to add it back in again. Very frustrating.

Lack of Payment Options
In this day and age not everyone wants to use their credit cards for every purchase. The online ordering used to allow for a cash on pick up option. I would appreciate seeing that offered again.

Your online presence is buggy trash. I can’t even see my review. It’s white on white. Test this stuff before you publish. I’m so close to just ordering local. Also … nice $5 delivery fee. Why even give me $5 off my total.?!?

App And Website = Garbage
The app and website design is actual garbage. They’ve recently changed it and it glitches on payments, it glitches on writing instructions, the basic selection or deletion of things are not actually easy at all, takes extra work. I don’t know who the developers are of the website and app but please replace them and actually fix the website and app. Everything about navigating through either app or website is inconvenient.
