The app is still so buggy. It 3 different times it said that my local restaurant did not exist and there were multiple glitches and errors. Also it does not look as nice as the old website did. It looks so low budget now which is sad because the original design was really pleasing to look at and use! Now it looks like the the rough draft beta version before the final product. I feel like they definitely should have waited a little longer to work on it before they released it and fix all the bugs.Show lessa.pebs22
Worst app
Took me 20 minutes to download and then try and navigate the app to order a pizza. One pizza. 20 minutes! Searched for my local Poa Gino’s and it would t recognize the spelling. Then had to go into map function which is unweildy. For example. Just not a great experience. Try and figure out how to build a pizza. Need to select a cheese oizza and start from there. EtcShow lesspapa not fun.
If zero stars was an option
I was about to place my order and the app crashed and made me start all over. So frustrated I’m not even going to order Papa Ginos tonight anymore. I’ll keep my money for that waste of time.AMM9494949494
Needs Work
Happy there is finally a mobile app, but all my personal information had to be entered in again. Additionally there’s no section to view the specials_ver1tas_
Great pizza bad app
This app is terribly made. There is no way to proceed with my order because I always get random errors. I get “exception errors” for the start time being before the prep time. I get errors when I search my address and select “start order”. I was able to submit a successful order once and it charged my card but the app didn’t register the confirmation so it looked like it hadn’t gone through. I got the app because of a free pizza promotion, but I wish you guys would’ve resolved your bugs before pushing the app.Show lessdjNYC12345
Can’t sign in
Tried resetting password 3x now. I didn’t forget it, I can login to the website but not the app. Also, after seeing that I can no longer pay in-store or use promo codes, I cannot give a good review. And my order history is gone from the website. If you take away features that customers use and love, you make customers angry. How hard is that for companies to understand? I love Papa Gino’s pizza! It’s my family’s favorite. Why do you insist on wrecking a beautiful relationship? Deleting app so I can salvage my love for Papa Gino’s.Show lessSowndclown
Can’t add card on smaller phones
The add credit card screen does not allow scrolling so the keyboard covers up the lower necessary fields to enter on mid size phones. Also does not allow fingerprint or face login.TheDog101
It ok but
App is easy to use but if you want to pay cash at the store you can’t it has to be prepaid on a credit card plus if your a senior you can’t put in a senior discount.mick molly maggie
Updated: Smooth but removed a key feature
Smooth app but They’ve removed the option to pay cash in store which ruins it . I usually pay cash in store and don’t enjoy the fact that I have to call and I’m unable to use promo codes now.
update: Tried to use app again with my card this time it tells me I have an account my email and tries to force me to sign in. Tried different email and it sent me an error message. Of course once I take 5 minutes to recover password it works. They are clearly trying to force ppl to make accounts sign up for their dumb rewards. They’ve removed pay in store and made it impossible to order without signing in as a ploy to get more customer info and marketing opportunity.Show lesschoochieman200

I’ve been trying to get anyone at papa gino’s to contact me back with no luck. I’m earning NO rewards points, even though I have orders. The app also has glitches, it gives me error messages and I’m not sure if my order actually went through. I just ended up using the website, but the store said I ordered twice- likely once from the app (even though it showed an error), once from the website.
