This app is clearly broken as well as the website and there are NO options for contacting customer service to get help with issues on the app and website! Tried to place an order and this app made my rewards dollars disappear!!! I could not use any coupons or place any orders.vicks89753
Works Most of the Time
Promos don’t always work, rewards don’t always appear. Added a second payment option, but you can’t choose it or use it. The website always worked well, wish this worked better.Scottjr3
No way to use coupons and $5 reward
I have ordered from my local papa ginos for 5+ years the site and app always allowed me to use both the coupons and rewards dollars. Now when you try to use both it wipes your rewards and acts like you didn’t use it or had it at all. Not everyone especially when they keep raising prices can afford $12+ food and some people use both after spending $75 to get the $5 reward for basically the same amount depending on what coupon you use. Needs to be debugged!
Trying to order and my cart gets stuck in an error loop where the order says it needs to be placed and cannot be, but then tells me after typing my card in again and trying to order four times that it’s being prepped. Hopefully only charged my card once!
That and your online account password reset took me ten minutes to get confirmation it was actually reset. 👎🏻
Now I get to wait outside for my pizzas to finish. Not exactly convenient. Only saving grace was the coupon!Show lessunit117666
Lots of problems
The app doesn’t work well has problems with almost every aspect from trying to give it a delivery location. To trying to add add a tip. The display on the check out page was to wide to make selectionsfigmrnt90

Website does not allow to choose to pay in person with cash, and Papa Gino’s has had weeks to resolve any issues!leog68
Doesn’t work
First time I used the app I ordered pickup and when I clicked “order now” it gave me an error message. I had an error message come up a couple times and had to call the store to confirm they got the order because the app didn’t confirm that the order was placed, and they did receive the order. Now the second time I tried to use the app, this time for delivery, I couldn’t even start the order because when I select the delivery address and click “order now” it gives an error message and I can’t get past that page.Show lessCotayk
Too many errors
- The app wouldn’t locate our local store when I entered my address. By clicking on the ‘current address’ finder the app brought up our local store but the address finder was not our actual address.
- When I attempted to begin my order I kept getting an error message. I deleted the app and reinstalled. This corrected the problem and I was able to enter our order.
- Then the app wouldn’t allow me to apply my reward of a free small cheese pizza with purchase of a beverage to my order. Again, I kept getting an error message saying the reward was invalid, which it was not. I had added the required beverage to our order. I wound up deleting the beverage from my order since I couldn’t get the free cheese pizza.
The old app was bad but this new one is not any better so far. Please fix these bugsShow lessJust plain fun215
New app doesn’t work right
I tried to pay for an order and it gave me a -1000 something error and got a pending charge on my credit card but nothing ever got ordered. I had to call the store and place the order. I hope this pending charge does not turn into a real chargeMikl730
App does not work
The offer to redeem a free cheese pizza with purchase of a beverage does not work. every time I tried to redeem it, it said no longer valid for this account. I actually went into the restaurant and explained that to the cashier, and they ultimately gave me the free cheese pizza.starwarsfan793827
