Needs improvement
Should have Apple Pay and other pay options when checking out. Some of the customize choices are missing from one pizza to the next, should have all choices available on all pizzas, talking about the sauce choice.Rsheppydog

App didn’t register my order even though it did go through and then the next time I you tried to use the app I had to go through a long process just to get out of the order that had been already completed before I could order again.abw3469
Needs work, lots of work
The offer for a free pizza with a beverage purchase for downloading the app does not work! The locations cannot refund money, they need to email headquarters. So it'll he days to get a refund! So the old not new looking app and website was much, much better.
*Also: the developer did not get any input with the operation end itself. So the orders are frequently coming put wrong because the tickets come out in a confusing manner. Therefore any change to your order will probably be interpreted wrong, the restaurant local to me is requesting a call. They also send out the orders only every 15 minutes. Not ideal for a restaurant when they're busy (or even if they are not. These are things that the developer should he consulting the company for! And if it's the company that directed these changes, turn they should really try to get in touch with the locations!Show lessamurpher

Bring back the old system
Removed option to pay in cash. Says I have a free pizza with beverage available on the app but everytime I go to place the order it says the coupon is no longer valid yet it’s still in my rewards. I do not like the new app/website at all.seanbradshaw

I love Papa Gino’s… it’s a weekly trip for my son & me!! I’m used to the app… but it’s changed recently… I just need to figure things out… like where my rewards are found? I’ll get there… next week? When I do, I will write a new review!MMC02062
Buggy, god awful mess
I’ve tried ordering twice with this app since it relaunched. First time I had to give up and call the order in. Second order kept saying the payment wasn’t valid before saying “order cannot be edited once placed.” Called them and found out it went through.
Just went to try a third time and it’s still stuck on my last order. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app but it’s still stuck.
Old app worked fine for years; no idea why this disaster was released.Show lessCJRodman
Horrible experiences!!
Absolutely hate this app!! Not functioning to lookup location, claim my reward, place an order. Had to call on phone , told the worker app not working, he said I know! You’ll be losing my business if this app is not fixed for all the issues! Ytesfiiyfggllllpsr

There was no need to change
I order from Papa Gino’s 2-3 times a week- it is so difficult to order not- not to mention, I have to find my credit card every time I have to an order- the original website saved all my info- orders- store credit card info. I’m wasting more time!gigiSonny3434
