FHE courier delivery driver
The latest version has serious bugs, developers plz pay attention to fix them otherwise the drivers will continue to have very poor use experience.
1. Parcels for the recipient at same address can only be done separately instead of once only, which wastes a lot of time because of extra paperworks (more seperate photos)
2. The parcels for the recipient at same address are always done separately EVEN after in different rounds. It means delivery of his first parcel then go to another address to deliver and then go back to deliver the first recipient’s parcel AGAIN! This bug is very silly, lower the efficiency of work.
Plz plz fix the above bugs, the drivers are desperate to these bugs thousands time while using to do delivery, costing large quantity of time to be wasted. Thanks.

Worst delivery service ever
They have my address wrong in their app so drivers take my mail to the wrong address. I have lost over 20 packages because of this. I have contacted the company to fix this but they have ignored me.

Rude Behaviour of Warehouse manager Mr. Gordon
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Fast Horse Express employer that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Their unprofessional behavior was simply unacceptable. Overall, my experience with Fast Horse Express was marked by unprofessionalism, tardiness, and disrespect. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services, as the quality of service and professionalism are severely lacking.

Bad service
I signed up as a delivery driver and had to pay $40 for a national police check because my previous check was 6 months and one week old and they needed a check that was under 6 months old. I completed the sign up at the start of August and check the app every single day at the correct time and have set my availability for all day, every day and I am still yet to get any delivery orders? There is no way to contact an actual person regarding this, as the ‘Contact us’ option forces you to enter a parcel tracking number. I emailed the one contact email I could find and after waiting a week for a reply and still nothing, I resent the email and then got a reply 2 days later telling me ‘you can be patient and wait’. If you look at the reviews online, 98% of those are 1 star complaints about the service but yet they are clearly not wanting to hire any new drivers to make the service better? Such a scam. Thumbs down.
