Absolutely awful
I downloaded the app, synced my data between the two platforms and it completely messed up all my numbers going back 3 years!!!!!!!! I’m furious and have deleted the app. Absolutely TRASH. Do NOT download - I feel like an idiot.Developer Response

When I first got the app it wasn’t working. I reached out to support and they helped get it straightened out in a hurry. And did I mention it was on Christmas Day?!! Now all my sleep data is flowing into Health. Exactly what I needed.Developer Response

They ask you to login first and after that ask you to pay. Once you log off they will continue to use your data. Not seems legit to me.Edited Review

I originally gave this app one star because it did not sync more than a year of data. Developers were quick to contact me and update the app to fix the issue. Now all my data back from 2014 is synced. You may have to do this one data category at a time. The developer says this is a Fitbit limitation.Show lessDeveloper Response

Was syncing fine then stopped. I emailed and got such great service. Rep kept in constant contact including Friday and all day Saturday. If they asked for something, the minute I sent it they responded. Started up again on Sunday morning and problem was solved.Developer Response

Edit as of Dec 10: the data I requested synced. I have years of data though so it initially hit the hourly limit. Everything is in my Health app now.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to sync any data. I got an error followed by an hourly request limit. I saw a reply that it will be fixed in their next update. Whenever that happens I will adjust my review if it is working.Show lessDeveloper Response

Keeps timing out and says I reached my sync time and try again in 1 hour. Then does it again. Never synced any data. Deleting it and definitely won’t be paying for it since the free version isn’t working.
