Doesn’t work

Keeps timing out and says I reached my sync time and try again in 1 hour. Then does it again. Never synced any data. Deleting it and definitely won’t be paying for it since the free version isn’t working.

ETA - it WAS the most recent version. I just downloaded it and used it a few times the first day, and it didn’t work. Deleted. Won’t try again.

5 stars with a little effort

When I first got the app it didn’t work as I expected - the sync was timing out before it finished and each hour I had to try again. I sent a note to the help email and they were super helpful- they advised an update was coming and instructed me to not try to sync all the data- so I deselected some and set for auto update. After a couple days it was able to fully synch my data- I have had my Fitbit for a long time and there was a lot of data. I am full satisfied now and felt the tech support was awesome!

Fails to sync

Unfortunately I wasn't able to sync any data. I got an error followed by an hourly request limit. I saw a reply that it will be fixed in their next update. Whenever that happens I will adjust my review if it is working.

App is duplicating my Fitbit steps

It’s doubling my steps. Then when I hit sync again, it doubles it one more time. Deleted for now.

Not worth it

Worked a few times so I uograddd to premium. Now that I’ve paid, it does not work. It asks me to log into Fitbit but then gives me an error. Waste of money.

Won’t sync lifetime data as advertised

Horrible!

I paid for 1 month and tried to sync my data. After 5 minutes it stopped and said Hourly Request Limit Reached. It didn’t even sync all my steps for the day.

Crazy yearly fee considering the value of health data

NOT a free app, you will need to open the app to manually sync the data with the health app unless you want to pay. The “deal” offered is to pay $60 to unlock all features for life, what a joke. I’m giving you access to ALL of my health data and you have the nerve to charge me money?

Hi, we don’t store or sell your data to anyone. Your data stays in your Fitbit account as well as in Health account after sync is completed. This app is not about trading your data in exchange for sync feature.
