If there is a delay, it may indicate an issue with the recipient, and our system will make several attempts to resend it. The most common errors include: 1. The recipient's fax machine is disconnected or not set to "fax mode". 2. Incorrect recipient fax number. 3. Connection failure with the recipient's fax machine.
