Didn’t work

I had very limited window to fax a document at the DMV. I received two error messages that said don’t worry just reach out to customer service. I didn’t have time to go through all that effort. Should work on first try!

Customer Service

I tried faxing a document and then I realized it was taking too long so I decided to cancel and get my refund back like they offered. No one wants to answer my emails or anything. Do not recommend at all.

Does not work

Tried to fax 4 pages and it had an error every time I tried to fax. Tried 3 pages. Error. Will be submitting for my money back!!!

Will not send

Every time I tried sending a fax it said error. So purchasing it was a waste of time and money

Useless

The fax blender went thought after several attempts and waiting for hours

If there is a delay, it may indicate an issue with the recipient, and our system will make several attempts to resend it. The most common errors include: 1. The recipient's fax machine is disconnected or not set to "fax mode". 2. Incorrect recipient fax number. 3. Connection failure with the recipient's fax machine. The worst

I have used a lot of fax apps and this by far is the worst. I can’t even get a fax to send!! It’s been saying sending for 30 minutes and it comes back with an error. I installed another app it worked beautifully!
