A status bar would be helpful

Took quite some time for my 19-pg. fax to send and complete. While it did say “sending,” after awhile I concluded it must not be working. Just as I resolved to go to the print shop to re-fax in the morning, I got a delightful little “ding!” and “Sent” notification. The anxiety would’ve been relieved by a % status bar indicating ongoing progress.

Everything else was easy and intuitive, and fortunate timing found the task on Special and particularly affordable.

Doesn’t work

Paid to use this app and tried multiple times to send a fax. Did not work once. Don’t give this app your money!

If there is a delay, it may indicate an issue with the recipient, and our system will make several attempts to resend it. The most common errors include: The recipient's fax machine is disconnected or not set to "fax mode."; Incorrect recipient fax number; Connection failure with the recipient's fax machine. Don’t waste your time

Thankfully, I only got the seven day trial. I needed to send an important fax so I downloaded the app. I composed my fax and hit send. 20 minutes later it was still sending. I thought perhaps I did something wrong so I composed another fax.

20 minutes later, that one was still sending and the first one still hadn’t sent. I ended up having to drive to my office, which is 20 minutes away and faxing the document from my fax machine. Worst app ever.

Worst app I’ve ever paid for.

You had one job, that was to send a simple one-page fax to my healthcare so that I can see doctors again. You failed at this— but what’s worse is that you have zero customer service to help out. So its 6 hours later, the fax still says “sending”, no response from my email to your help desk… Looks like just another shady tech company with VC who took my 99 cents, delivers nothing, keeps me from getting the life-sparing services I need in this world… and manages to avoiding employing anyone to answer phones. I want my 99 cents back and I want our govt. to step in and stop tech companies from scamming people like this. Go spend $5 at FedEx and let this company die like it deserves to.

horrible

does not work- says fax was sent but nobody ever received it on the other end. $11.99 for nothing. dont get it

Faxing

Not sure if my paperwork was sent to where I sent it to . I’m still waiting to speak with them to see if they received it. If they did then I will be gladly to use this often !

Slow to send

Downloaded this because I had a time sensitive fax to send. It took almost a day to send. I ended up going to Office Max to send the fax and got a confirmation in minutes

Does not work.

Tried to send two faxes only to be met with sending for hours. I understand that sending faxes takes time but come on this is not reasonable. Definitely do not recommend this app
