  • Terrible, trash, useless and unreliable

    This app is the worst payment system I’ve ever used. I pay half of my rent with every paycheck bc that works best for me. However whenever I go to make a payment it states it’s a duplicate payment and logs me out. Even if the amounts are different and done on different dates. It takes me about 10 minutes to pay my rent every time. There’s gotta be a better solution to make payments online. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

  • Your not Reporting Payments

    I’ve been using your app since 2020 & the only reason I used the app to pay my rent was because your supposed to be reporting our rental payments to the credit bureau and I have checked your not reporting my rental payments I’ve paid every month on time!!!
    Why???? What’s the issue???
  • Can’t even login on the app

    I can login online just fine, but no matter how many times I try the app just says login unsuccessful. This needs to be fixed! What else is there to say. At this point the app is useless except to frustrate the user.
  • Worthless

    Can’t use landscape mode on iPad, please go back to the original version, The new version is a terrible update. There is no homepage.There are so many things wrong with this update I’d have to write a book

  • Crashes every time

    The old app was far from great but I was able to complete the intended task (to pay rent). This new app is terrible. From the user interface/experience to the app crashing every time I try to pay my rent. Also when the user clicks payment and goes to a review page, the section where it says to, complete by text or by email, the color of the cta does not give the user any affordance that a selection is made as it’s greyed out in either choice. This is something QA would fix, also the app needs to be updated. This is the first app I’ve ever written on the App Store if this is any indication on how bad this is.

  • Terrible All around

    This app is beyond useless! The new app doesn’t show my current rent amount but has my old payment history from 2 years ago. The old app directs me to update to the new app but I’m able to see my current due balance and able to pay my bill…now I’m not able to log into the old app but still cannot see my balance in the new app!! Excellent way to get us to pay late fees devs! Bravo!!! Bravo!!!

  • Awful

    Won’t let me sign in on new app saying don’t have account, but when try to set up one says account already set up log in with that. Just awful other app was better.

  • Hassle

    Forces me to download a new app just to pay rent. Now I have to find my username & password again. It doesn’t have to be this complicated.

  • Can’t sign in

    I downloaded the new app and now I can’t sign or retrieve my login information
  • Another app now?

    Have been having issues with RentPayment for months. Now we’re forced to DL a completely new app? Sounds shady
