The app worked fine at first but I had to reset my password because I forgot it. When I did, it asked me for an OTP code which I’ve never had to do before and don’t have AirDoctor on my authentication app, so I’m unable to log back in now. I was able to change my password on the website but it didn’t communicate back to the app and I still can’t access and control my units. Makes no sense to require that level of security for an air purifier and they didn’t implement it correctly by failing to notify users with the instructions on how to get the QR code to link back to the auth app. I called customer support and they couldn’t help me, I’m doubtful anyone will call me back, we will see. Shouldn’t release an app unless it’s fully baked.Show lessDeveloper Response

AirDoctor is not linked to any authenticator app (Duo, Google or Microsoft). The OTP is sent via text message to the phone number entered by the user. Please ensure you have latest app version. The website has no connection to the app. The website is purely for purchasing. We have the 3500 and the 2000 in two separate areas of our home. We have consistently kept them on auto for the past two weeks with one or two occasions where we turned the fan on high. There have been NO updates to the particle count throughout the past 3 weeks. We can see temperature, humidity, etc… But nothing in the charts. I would not “upgrade” the the smart air doctors because you’re not getting any additional info at all, just the ability to adjust the settings remotely, which really doesn’t matter much for our accessibility.Show lessDeveloper Response
