  • Clunky

    The app worked fine at first but I had to reset my password because I forgot it. When I did, it asked me for an OTP code which I’ve never had to do before and don’t have AirDoctor on my authentication app, so I’m unable to log back in now. I was able to change my password on the website but it didn’t communicate back to the app and I still can’t access and control my units. Makes no sense to require that level of security for an air purifier and they didn’t implement it correctly by failing to notify users with the instructions on how to get the QR code to link back to the auth app. I called customer support and they couldn’t help me, I’m doubtful anyone will call me back, we will see. Shouldn’t release an app unless it’s fully baked.

AirDoctor is not linked to any authenticator app (Duo, Google or Microsoft). The OTP is sent via text message to the phone number entered by the user. Please ensure you have latest app version. The website has no connection to the app. The website is purely for purchasing.   • 3 Weeks & No Data In Charts

    We have the 3500 and the 2000 in two separate areas of our home. We have consistently kept them on auto for the past two weeks with one or two occasions where we turned the fan on high. There have been NO updates to the particle count throughout the past 3 weeks. We can see temperature, humidity, etc… But nothing in the charts. I would not “upgrade” the the smart air doctors because you’re not getting any additional info at all, just the ability to adjust the settings remotely, which really doesn’t matter much for our accessibility.

  • No schedules

    The only reason I bought the Wi-Fi connected 3500 was so that I could create schedules via the app where the device will turn on and off at certain times (I prefer not the run it 24/7) and after downloading, I see there’s no way to do this. You can control the device from the app but no way to create schedules or automations. Disappointed

  • terrible particle count graph

    great air purifier
    terrible app…..need better particle graph….
    and the app is boring to use….slow to pull up graph information is useless because there is no scale or color code to see what it is trying to tell me
    put some fun and colors into it

    my dyson had a better app but not happy with the purifier

  • Frustrating

    It’s annoying when I go to turn on my purifier with this app and it has once again signed me out and I have to log back in. It does this monthly I think. Why? I have other apps that I signed in to over three years ago and those have yet to log me out.

    The timer feature is no good either. Should have a schedule feature so I could set it and forget it. It’s dumb that I have to turn it on and then set the timer everyday.

    Don’t contact me with directions on how to use the timer. That just shows you’re missing the point.

  • Stop logging me out!

    Why does this app log me out? I’ve had the Tesla app for over a year and it has not logged me out once! Why does yours?

    This and a lack of a schedule function really diminishes what is a really good product (the air purifier, not this bad app).

  • NEEDS a Schedule Function

    There needs to be a schedule function. The timer is okay, BUT a schedule function would allow me to set it and forget it.

    That’s my main gripe. There are some others, but they’re so minor I would forget them if there was a schedule function.
  • Great App

    I didn’t have an issue download or getting the app downloaded. I recently bought the AirDoctor 3500i and I love it. I love that in the app I can see the weather, pollen count, humidity, etc. I can also control the purifier and see at what levels the filters are at, and dim it from the comfort of my phone if need be.

  • Good and bad

    A little buggy - I sometimes see data and sometimes don’t. I’m not sure what the issue is. The app overall is designed well, though.
