Really helpful at deepening CBT

The only thing I would recommend when using this app (at least of this writing) is to pause between the magic button and the magic dial and go to your own notes app and write down why you really would want to give up some of your negative thoughts and feelings given all of their benefits. That will give more oomph to the methods.
