  • Very low quality, shady refund policy

Like others have said, this is essentially a scam. The content in the daily lessons is extremely basic (with questionable accuracy, at times) and it's obvious that the recommendations were not written by anyone with clinical qualifications. I did not learn anything new during the 7 consecutive days I followed the "program" in order to qualify for my "Money Back Guarantee," which constituted 25% of the entire ADHD lesson content. What then, would the remaining 5 months of my 6-month subscription be paying for if the core content is completed in the first month? No idea. The daily tasks section is barely usable, especially when there are other apps out there that support habit tracking for free or for much less than this but have leagues more functionality. Do yourself a favor and Google it before you purchase... I usually research things more thoroughly, but I made a grave mistake with an impulse purchase here and now I'm waiting over a week to hear back from customer support about my refund.
  • Disappointing- hoping for Noom-like experience

Not an app that will actually change your life. A few years ago I successfully used the Noom app to get control of eating and weight and thought this would be similar. Instead it is a crappy badly designed app. I bought a 3 month subscription and so am using it and doing the lessons because the shortness of the lesson and the routine is good for me and the material is valid- if poorly executed (but really what’s helping is the journaling I do along side this). I will cancel after my subscription. There are repeat mental health quizzes every day but no way to track progress except for the DAX(sic) quiz done weekly. So basically a very light app with little deep thought into actually helping you change behaviors. In short- Noom is the gold standard for this type of app and this is a very poor copy.
  • Do Not Buy This App!!!

Listen to the other reviews! I purchased a 30 day plan and then was hit with a renewal charge of 60 bucks. After I bought the app I saw the reviews too late and kind of panicked about the sneaky charges. I looked everywhere for how to cancel or if it was going to be a subscription and found nothing.
I emailed customer service immediately telling them that I didn’t authorize a subscription renewal and they replied with some canned reply about how I obviously don’t understand how subscriptions work and rudely informed me that they cancelled my subscription and there would be no further charges. They said nothing about the 60 charge that they had just pulled from my account.

The app itself is sub par at best as well so you’re not getting value. You can literally replace everything it does with apps you probably already have.

If I could give this app and customer service experience negative stars I would. Just don’t invite this unpleasantness into your life. I’m not kidding.
  • Beware, I can’t login and can’t get a refund

I subscribed to the app through an instagram ad. When I tried to login it then asked me to subscribe. I alerted the developer. At first they sent me a reply saying they had manually set up my account and gave me a new password. It did not work. I tried creating a new password. Same results. I asked for a refund and got a message saying they received my request and sent it to another department. Still no response. I can’t get in. And I can’t get a refund.
  • Deliberately Misleading

Red Flag 1: take a test that requires personal information about your current problems. Allegedly this will lead to a comprehensive report with custom recommendations that are made to sound game-changing
Red flag 2: no free trial, you must not only sign up for an account but said account cannot be accessed without paying $29.
Red flag 3: open app, see that this is nothing but a very poorly designed to-do list.

You will input your mood and feelings, then be asked to choose an issue you want to deal with, at which time you’re brought to a calendar interface that has absolutely nothing to do with any neurodivergent problem- it’s just a calendar. You will then have to decide your own schedule, and when you attempt to add something like “self-care” to said schedule, they give you 6 options (pedicures and baths are two of them, which tells you just how bad this is). Nothing is customizable, nothing has to do with having ADHD, and there is no report or anything predicated on the personal information you were forced to give up.

The only star they get is for giving me a refund but this app should be pulled from the store, and I intend to lobby for that on the basis of misleading design and false advertisement. STAY AWAY.
  • No Refund If You Don’t Like the Liven!

Save time and money by refraining from using this useless app. As soon as I access its content it was clear to me it is not helpful at all. All they do is have you READ common knowledge, there’s no audio to it. The ask you questions about your mood and your day, and give you zero tools or techniques whatsoever. Just a list of 5-6 suggestions you can find on a free search on the web. They also offer more distractions with plenty of tests to know more and more about you.
When you contact them to let them know this is not for you, they will respond quickly offering “free” perks, but no refund because according to them the fact that there app is terrible is a personal reason! Of course it’s personal, they ask and ask PERSONAL questions without offering much for your money!
Don’t fall for it. Save your money and your time!
  • 5 stars to beat addiction

I had developed some bad habits during COVID years! The struggle to get my healthy life back was real. Daily use of this app is helping me focus on ‘One Thing’ at a time, break tasks down to manageable steps and celebrate small successes. You do have to meditate on the short morning and night lessons to get the full benefit. Learning a lot about why I procrastinated or made unhealthy choices. Thank you for the simplicity of this site. It prevents me from overthinking life and get on with it! There are not enough good reviews. Hope you read this one.
  • Unimpressed with App but Impressed by Customer Service

I purchased the 6 month subscription. After a few days, I realized I was not getting enough content or value from it.
I emailed customer service for a refund. Initially they offered me upsells free to avoid the hassle of returning my money. But they listened when I emailed back and said no thanks. My money was returned within several days.
  • Disappointed

Ordered this app with a 3 month subscription. I had really high hopes it was something worthwhile. Eagerly I filled out everything and then, was lost. The only thing I was able to do was add task lists. I already have task lists apps. I asked for a cancellation and they granted it, easily however, the refund I was sent a “guarantee refund info” link that didn’t work. The app sounds good but, I definitely didn’t see it. Don’t waste your time, as a procrastinator, we do plenty of it already.
  • BEWARE!! NO REPLY!!

I purchased a week trial but they sent no receipt of what I actually purchased so I was concerned that I might get charged for more or whatever. There was no way to check my account or anything... the buttons all just go to a "contact us" page. They didn't reply to me so I sent an email asking them to delete my account and any personal information, including payment info. I'm not asking for a refund... just no longer want to use the app as I don't feel it's the right thing for me. I hope they reply but so far...nothing!
