Good content, lacks polish
I’ve been using the app for about two weeks now. Overall the content is quite valuable and is super-helpful for expanding understanding investing and other finance topics, but there are a lot of rough edges.
The content and artwork in each lesson were very clearly developed using generative AI, and it doesn’t seem like there was a thorough scrub done prior to content publication to ensure that everything made sense or sounded the way a person would sound. Most of the time it’s not overly noticeable but there are definitely some instances of wonky sentence structures or grammatical errors. Similarly, the images accompanying each page have the potential to veer extremely M.C. Escher.
I’ve also noticed that moving through lessons can get glitchy, making it so you can’t a sure a question or finish a lesson. This can be very frustrating.
On the whole the app is good, but for the subscription price I’d expect the whole thing to work cleanly and easily and to be a very polished product.
