This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used. I feel like I have to jump through hoops every time I pay my bill. You’d think for an internet service they’d have someone building an app that wasn’t ridiculously unfriendly for their customers. I’ve had the app for several years and every few months they change it. It’s never a good change. Just another waste of time trying to figure out how to pay my bill. I’ve been trying to pay it for 3 days. It leading me in circles and asking me to link my account number. I have paperless so don’t know my account number. I tried the “chat”. Someone said hello and told me their name. I replied that I wasn’t able to pay my bill and needed my account number. An hour later, and still no reply. I can pay by phone for $3.50. That’s ridiculous when I have an app specifically for paying my bill.Show lessJuderbug8

I’ve been a customer for over 3 years now, and I have no problems with my ziply fiber internet itself, but this app is complete garbage. I literally could never get my information to load and end up having to log in via their website on my computer.yochan1234

How is it that an internet provider has the slowest app and servers of all time. Literally since the introduction of smartphones I’ve never seen an app this slow.dajo0620

They will not set up in my area that’s in the middle of town. No reason given other then “we don’t have a set up date and don’t plan to make one any time soon.” Even if I offer to pay the install fee… Xfinity is expensive but you pay for quality I supposeLUGLUG12

Ziply fiber app
Hello;
This app doesn’t work at all to pay bills or anything. The router isn’t hooked up to the account. Now there is a new app you can’t even sign into that new Ziply fiber app. All these apps are a mess.Bring back ringtones.
