They will not set up in my area that’s in the middle of town. No reason given other then “we don’t have a set up date and don’t plan to make one any time soon.” Even if I offer to pay the install fee… Xfinity is expensive but you pay for quality I suppose

Seems to get confused and stalls when trying to load, pay, or navigate using the app.

This app has made managing my bills easy. With just a few taps, I can check my balance and confirm payments are processed.

This app doesn’t work at all to pay bills or anything. The router isn’t hooked up to the account. Now there is a new app you can’t even sign into that new Ziply fiber app. All these apps are a mess.

No good at all.
Can’t even able to login. Keep say wrong pass or username. Using same username and pass login on website thru my pc is ok. Junk app. No Ziply apps work right now. Should 0 star

Doesn’t even work! It never loads your account just says something went wrong! Even after reloading and deleting app. Don’t bother downloading app
Long Awaited App
Thank you for creating such a friendly application for your services; it has completely amazed me in user friendliness and simple navigation.
The one thing I will mention is the fact that the app’s orientation only allows for vertical view; adding a horizontal view would benefit me as an avid iPad user with a keyboard accessory, but overall still 5 stars for a beta to impress me this well~!
