Since the update it won’t update on my phone. I uninstalled and try to reinstall but it won’t let me it only allows me to open not installDeveloper Response

I am in Egypt and my baby got sick. I’m trying to open the app to contact her doctor, however the app just opens a white screen! Like this is a major thing. How can you limit the app to only open when in the US. What if we travel???Developer Response
