Make sure you are using the Patient Portal app with a white background. If not visible, follow these steps: Remove the old app (green background) from your phone. Go to App Store Connect, search 'InteliChart'. Download the new app and log in with your existing credentials. If this is password related, contact your doctor directly for assistance with your username and password.
App is slow and not responsive

Needs lot of work.
Called my doctors office to have them help me reset with all new information and that didn’t work.
Sad cause I liked to be able to seen my information for others doctors when it did work.

It doesn’t work overseas
The app is ok when I’m using it from Wilmington, although is not very friendly.
