Your latest update is causing more problems than you realize. App doesn’t recognize my email and I can’t get access to my account. I submit my email and then it directs me to some stupid question and I input the correct answer and App says incorrect answers!! LMMFAO Smh. Tighten up, App developers!!

MyChart is way better than this

Difficult to set up. Difficult to access. Difficult to use. Wish my healthcare provider would use a different app other than this one.

A way to connect

The current set up has limited access, it is not the application that we used to have where we could interact with the doctor via message.

Make sure you are using the Patient Portal app with a white background. If not visible, follow these steps: Remove the old app (green background) from your phone. Go to App Store Connect, search 'InteliChart'. Download the new app and log in with your existing credentials. If this is password related, contact your doctor directly for assistance with your username and password.

App is slow and not responsive

I am trying to pay my bill. The app is very slow and not responsive. I have clicked on the new payment method. It sowed me a blank page and no place to price account info. I will better use online mode

Needs lot of work.

This system would be great. If it would actually remember you and not lock you out.
Called my doctors office to have them help me reset with all new information and that didn’t work.
Sad cause I liked to be able to seen my information for others doctors when it did work.

It doesn’t work overseas

I’m trying to use this app from Argentina, to check my appointment and messages I have received but is impossible to open it.
The app is ok when I’m using it from Wilmington, although is not very friendly.

Total Bust

Urgent Care Patient Portal InteliChart Account Website, and App provided me no patient data, records, messaging, or updating capabilities. One star was one star to many as of yet.

Blank white screen

The app use to work fine and then it just started loading as a blank white screen. Had to remove it because it was pointless to have.

Doesn’t work

All I get is a white screen when I open the app.
