Life Changing App

I’ve been “dieting” all my life with huge variations in my weight. This app has allowed me to relax and concentrate on the big three (calories, protein, steps) and leave all the other noise behind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For a busy person that just wants a bit help in tracking your health & weight loss journey it’s the simplest & easiest way of tracking everything.
After doing many fad diets this app has broken it down into the most simplest form I don’t feel confused and overwhelmed by any of it.

Simple is better

I love simple and this app has it in spades. Simple concept- track three things daily: calories, protein, steps. Simple interface- speak it, type it, take a photo. What is great is realizing that simple can also be powerful when put to good use. This app, the podcasts, and the online community all combine perfectly and make the process of loosing weight and getting healthy fun and actually “achievable”. Great work team ParrotPal.

5 weeks in - loving it!

So easy and straightforward! Love the motivating podcasts and have learned so much too. Scott delivers info in an easy-to-digest way that minimises overwhelm and therefore empowers you with knowledge. The goal is slow and steady progress and lifestyle changes. Not a method of dropping weight fast. I’ve lost weight yes, but the biggest difference has been my mental health. Highly recommend.

ParrotPal is hands down one of the best apps I’ve ever used for weight loss! After trying countless diets and fitness plans, I finally came across this app, and it’s been a game-changer. The most effective weight loss app I've ever used. Are you serious about losing weight? just follow three simple targets, total
calories, PROTEIN and steps!! I had my doubts in the beginning as I have used many different methods to lose weight in my 62 years on this planet and this has been the ONLY program that has worked for me in a slow, easy, and most importantly sustainable way. Parrot Pal

This has been the best program I have ever found. It has been 99% accurate, very easy to use. Any questions I’ve had have been answered immediately. I have never had a program that has made me want to eat three meals a day just so I can track it in the app. Now I am eating right and losing the weight I have tried to lose all of my life but could not conquer.

The future is here … easy, simple calorie counting

Seriously the best app for tracking calories. It makes it so simple with voice to text or taking a picture of your food and honestly it’s been super accurate for me. It’s a game changer because it’s so easy to track the food, I do it consistently which I know will result in weight loss. It’s fun and quite impressive. I feel better already and love the homescreen widget too so I can quickly have a glance at my totals including calorie & protein intake. Using other calorie counter apps (like MFP) I thought there had to be an easier way that didn’t take so much time. There is! It’s here! It’s ParrotPal! You can track your entire day in one minute. Plus his short podcasts are so helpful and informative AND there is a recipe library that are healthy and simple. Fully worth the money. Do yourself a favor and download this app now if you want to consistently and easily track your caloric intake for weight loss. I have told all my family & friends because I’m a huge fan and want others to benefit from it.

A few wishes for the app

I have been enjoying the app but it would be amazing if I could link it to my Fitbit. It’s not sustainable to manually enter my steps in everyday. Also since Fitbit shows your calories burned if fitbit could connect, you could see your input vs your output calories ! I do enjoy many features of this app but that option would make it next level
