Thanks for the review :) We focus on calories and protein only, so no macros are missing, it's a decision we've made to focus on what actually matters for weight loss and not to have overwhelmed with data. Less is more, as they say! We don't share data with Apple Health, but Apple Health connects with us. We've only had one request to share the info with Apple health so far, but we will for sure add this in the future. We've got lots of exciting new features and improvements to launch in the next 2 weeks that I'm sure you and everyone will love too!

Needs work
A few of the issues Iโve experienced are:
1) scanning barcodes and then having to input the data is not what was promoted.
2) App mixed up date & data for day 3 & 4. Day 3 calories are showing for Day 4, but steps are correct. Day 3 podcast was same as day 4. Day 3 weight was showing Day 2 weight. I have the latest version of the app too. (1 week old)
3) Day 1 automatically starts the day you download which is not an option you can change. Therefore much data was missing for day 1 but is included in weekly average which is now skewed. It should only average the weight data which is captured, so is not a true average. If users get to choose start date they can prepare the things needed to actually start properly. Like taking weight before breakfast and getting some food which are healthier.
4) Canโt get accurate progress data. Weekly average is way off. One day was showing 50kg more than my actual weight, even though I had entered my weight correctly.
5) FAQs are very basic, not much help if your having issues with it

Hi Bel thanks for leaving a review. For 1) make sure you have the correct food database region on. Our highest matching barcode network is actually in Australia, so I suspect here it's not set to the right country. 2) this has been fixed now. We had some timezone issues for Australia. 3) We only average weight data that is captured in the app. You don't need to add your weight daily, but 3 or 4 times a week is a good spot to get an accurate weekly average for your weight. 4) Our weekly average and check-in feature has some bugs on this, all fixed now. It perhaps was a change of KG to Pounds that caused the issue. 5) FAQs will be worked on. We've worked hard to fix these bugs and the newest version of the app works smoothly. I hope we see you try the app again soon!
Great app so easy to use!
Absolutely incredible - exactly what I was looking for
This is pretty much exactly what Iโve been looking for, an app that tracks your calories by just speaking what you ate. The relatively minimalist, text-message-like interface is also brilliant, as it makes it so quick to track any meal, I find Iโm much more likely to do it than I have been in the past with other apps, where I need to do a lot of searching and selecting to track different items. I really hope this breaks through all of the many other diet apps out there, as it very much deserves to have a spot at the top.

We've been in the health & fitness game for many years, and we have built apps before, so this new app is the accumulation of all of that. We asked ourselves what would an app look like that focuses on weight loss without the overwhelm? How would an app look like if it was more conversational vs entering 100s of data points? How can we help users understand what to do and get them motivated every day? What are the key metrics that matter, and what if we followed the "addition via subtraction" way of thinking? Revolutionary!
After a short survey my calories and protein targets were calculated, on one easy to use screen I could see my progress and add the foods I have eaten during the day.
Being able to go out for food with friends and easily voice note or text what you have eaten and it is logged immediately is a game changer!
A daily podcast and the ultimate trio of steps, calories and protein is an easy way for fat loss!
