  • Workouts great, app needs work

    Love the workouts, but the app is new and it shows. Lots of bugs, missing functionality, and things the user is left wanting. The UI is basic and can be improved but that’s a minor problem. Ultimately, they need to get the app working in its current state the way it should (fix those bugs) before they can move onto making the UI more user friendly.

    App always forecloses and shuts down and never saves my inputs. Always shuts down in the middle of working out.

    Recommend this for anyone needing an easy, efficient way to track workouts! I also appreciate the demos for unfamiliar movements.

    Using this app has not only made me feel stronger.. but accountable! Love all the variations on option.. the easy functions all on one page.. the tips and the videos to show you how to do the workout is easy to follow.. whatever your level..I would definitlly recommend👍🏽

    A couple of days in but already loving it! The videos are so handy and the exercises are fantastic. Already starting feel it! I have been training off and on for years but chucked myself on beginner to slowly progress back in!
  • I love Stephanie but there’s a few things to update

    I came from the Sweat App and loved Stephanie’s at home weight training program. I was excited when Stephanie offered a free week trial on her new app. I like the layout of the app and the visuals for each exercise. I like that you can change the exercise to fit your needs but it would be nice to have options if you don’t have certain items (like a weight bench) especially since I choose the weight training at home. I like the flexibility to go at your own pace but I need a little more structure with timing of the sets so I would love to see a set timer for the exercises that are timed and a set timer in between the exercises/sets.

    Loving this app , works out what weight you should be lifting , I’ve tried a lot of workout apps this is one of the best
  • Honestly..

    I have completed two different workout programs and I must say I saw a complete difference not only toning of my quads but overall body! The workouts were different and loved how you can alternate workouts that suit your needs. The only con about this app was that I wish she included meals to eat/cook and (maybe supplements) while during these programs instead of tracking meals, especially paying 22$/month.

    But overall, amazing app with great exercises !
