    I love love love this app! Stephanie gives the best ideas and suggestions for a well-varied workout. If you’re unable to fit one of the exercises in, you have a variety of options to “change” to! You’re able to switch your days around if you decide you’d rather do a different set of exercises as well.
    The only negative I have to say is, once you enter a weight or a number, you’re unable to change it… make sure you input your weights and reps correctly bc you won’t be able to go back to correct them.
    Other than that, highly recommended!! I look forward to my workouts each day!

  • Love the Challenge

    It’s been a couple years since I found or did workouts that challenged me and gave me a little sweat…I’m glowing! Did 5 weeks of Peach 1 and on second week of Christmas challenge. Also like that there is an express option on days I have a lot of other errands.
  • Intuitively built

    Want to change the exercise because you don’t have the equipment or not ready for it yet, ✔️. Need to change the day you workout, ✔️. Want to change the muscle groups to a different day, ✔️. Record your achievements, ✔️.

    There are so many intuitive little features that show this app was designed by someone who knew the gaps in all the apps out there and a software company that listened.

  • Loving it

    This is the type of app I’ve been waiting for. I love the customization of weight suggestions. As time goes on I hope there’s more of this! I also love that it gives suggestions for alternative exercises as I don’t always have the exact equipment at my gym. The videos are super helpful for the proper technique. The only thing I wish the app had is a place to write notes about each exercise so the next time I do it I can remember any modifications or struggles I was having. Thanks for making this! I am excited about my fitness journey with this app.

  • Great Programs

    The workout programs themselves are great. It’s so hard to find strong lifting plans aimed at females. The app itself though still needs a lot of improvements. Verbal instructions that say the exercise name and number of reps would be nice. An option to substitute exercises when you don’t have the specific equipment. The ability to go back to the last exercise in case you pressed the “next” button by accident, and also the ability to move the schedule around or to restart a plan would also be good.

Most of the features you mentioned have already been added to the latest version of the app ✅ This includes - substitute exercises, ability to go back to previous exercises, moving the schedule, & restarting a program - which are all now live !! The only thing missing is the verbal instructions - which is something we’ll work on in the future 🙌 Really hope that helps but please let us know if you have any other troubles or questions about anything 🩵
  • LIFTit has the goods.

    As far as workout apps go, LIFTit has the goods for me to reach my fitness goals.
    I workout in my own home gym, so the videos and instructions are a must and are very easy to understand. The “common mistakes” tab is extremely helpful to make sure that I’m getting the best from my workouts. I’m excited to watch this app improve as it grows.
