Great program, few teething issues
I always enjoyed Steph’s training so I’m delighted to be able to have access to her training program. The app has a few glitches and teething issues but that’s expected from a brand new app and with time I feel confident that this training app will be amazing!Nertus........

The workouts on this app are unlike any others I’ve tried! I’m only 2 weeks into my program - but I can already tell I’m going to get great results as I’ve never trained as hard as this 💪💪alfranro

I’ve been waiting for Stephanie to make an app since she left Sweat. I’ve been following her programs since you bought her program and it was emailed to you . I still have the papers and pictures of the workouts. I can’t wait for my workouts now. This app is very organized and well made ! As if I expected anything less. Do yourself the favor and just buy the year because you are going to anyway once you get started. I like that you can change the exercise if you don’t care for it or it’s a bit too easy or hard.
