  • Update gone wrong

    I updated my app and I lost my program progress.
    I had one last week on my program and the app restarted everything and I couldn’t go back to the week I was.
    I wish the programs were longer too. I just started my third option (xmas challenge). Only 5 weeks tho. I kinda miss doing the program that Sthephanie has on the sweat app. I will probably do that next if a longer plan doesn’t come to the Lift it.

  • Three years and counting.

    Ok first of all I’ve been training via Sanzo’s programs for three years. I LOVEEEE HER PROGRAMS! First through sweat, then off instagram and YouTube as I waited a year for this app to release. It was worth it! If your a gym girl who enjoys being a strong empowered woman, Stephanie is the trainer for you and her team is irreplaceable. The knowledge is here, you just can’t go wrong with her. I honestly won’t train with anyone else. The results will blow your mind if you put in the work.

    The rest of this review for the technical team. As an avid, nearly everyday user I am begging you to please fix these issues;

    1)the app is slow to open/ load in comparison to almost all my other apps, I wouldn’t mention this if it weren’t odd.

    2) if I shut my phone screen off during the workout (put it in my pocket or set it down) and my screen goes dark….. the app closes and I have reopen and restart the workout. EVERY SET!!!! This is a 10-20 second process and very annoying following the slow opening process. It affects my work/ rest ratio and was extending my workouts by nearly 30 min.

    3) also not sure if you’re aware but some of the exercises change from the original lineup when you start the workout. No, I’m not talking about substitutions. When do the workout, the next exercise is suppose to be Scott’s raises (for example) but then it changes to lat pull down or something else WHEN the screen switches to let me fill in my weights.

    4) I happened to fall ill and couldn’t reset my program back further then a week without restarting a new program and that sucked. It puts off a defeating vibe. Is there anyway you can make it so if I miss a week or two from getting sick I can go back and set it to where I left off?

    Other then that this app is AMAZING! You guys really put a wonderful experience together.

    Lastly) This is more for Stephanie Sanzo as the trainer, in your programs on the sweat app you had a variety of recovery sessions similar to workouts for rest days. These were sessions I could complete whenever I wanted, they were 30-55 minutes off rolling out and stretching that was vital to recovery days, injury prevention, and even functioned as dynamic warm ups on days where I really needed that. I didn’t memorize them and I’m dying without them. Please create something similar to what you did with those. They were a vital piece of my success in your programs. Other then this the app is incredible and the end results with the total weight lifted is a genius reward that makes you feel so accomplished. Talk about success! Seriously I couldn’t live without this app! Thank you!

  • Good but still

    Still missing Voice instructions and cool downs.
    Also the white writing on the light blue background is difficult to read. Sweat is much easier.
  • 4/5 bc you can’t make corrections

    I love love love this app! Stephanie gives the best ideas and suggestions for a well-varied workout (SO many to choose from). If you’re unable to fit one of the exercises in, you have a variety of options to “change” to! You’re able to switch your days around if you decide you’d rather do a different set of exercises as well. The only negative, and it’s barely one, is the app shuts down occasionally and you have to restart the workout. Fortunately all the info that’s been entered saves and you just have find where you left off. Great app though, I look forward to my workouts each day!

  • Poor Support and Communication

    I Experienced network issues, leading to logout and re-download. Unable to log in the app due to a password problem. Sent two emails for assistance, but no reply till this day. Lack of response has been quite frustrating.

  • Best Results I’ve had!

    I’ve been training consistently for 5 years and I have noticed my biggest changes since using these programs. You don’t have to think, it’s all there and easy to use and understand. Love your work Steph! 🙌🏼
  • Love the workouts, app is eh

    Loving the workouts and programs but the app is still really buggy.

    Every time I exit the app briefly to change my music, respond to a text, etc., the app crashes and closes my workout so I have to restart it. Even when I lock my phone for more than 30 seconds the app crashes which is extremely annoying.

    It would also be great if exercises were presented in list format once the workout is started so it’s easy to change the order of exercises without having to continuously flick through the next and back buttons.

  • No free trial

    Please add a free trial and Sign in with Apple option. Would be keen to try, but not ready to spend $22 without knowing what the app is like.
