Scam APP

This App uses Facebook to scam you into thinking you bought the app but in fine print you have signed up to a subscription. Buyer beware , they will charge you monthly ! Block this company, they are shameless at what they do

Not worth the money

To many glitches with the app always a problem with login meals
The problem logging even water can se recipes so frustrating not worth the money

Scam

It’s a scam. I paid for 4 weeks but was not able to use the app unless I subscribe for 6 month. Contacted support and no one get back to me.

So far my experience has been very positive! I’m really still aclimatizing to the app. I signed up then went travelling for 2 weeks, family visitors for a week- now I’m ready to truly commit and feel good about how it will go!

App Has Potential

I’m not continuing past my first month because the app has too many issues. I like the meals but the recipes serving sizes don’t always make sense when you make adjustments.
The weight tracker is a mess. You can only see your current week which is not very motivating. The numbers on the left don’t make sense at all.
You are sort of stuck with the meal plan you choose. I don’t eat beef or pork so i chose pescatarian however i do eat chicken, but i don’t get to see any options for those meals. I’m stuck with seafood and vegetarian dishes. I need to see more variety. Really tired of salmon. Should be an option to include chicken, rule out beef etc or just let me see it all without having to change my plan and wait until the next day to load the meal ideas.
I’m also wondering how many calories I’m eating each day. No idea since it doesn’t tell you a total.
The app support reps are kind, but nothing has been resolved, just a lot of apologies.

CAUTION: Misleading Advertising & Disappointing Customer Svc Response

The Pilates programs are absolutely NOT 10-15 minutes per day, as advertised. They are all over 23 minutes. When I pointed out their deceptive business practices in advertising and marketing, and asked that my concerns be elevated to their legal team - their response was to LITERALLY cancel my subscription!!! I was so hopeful that this program would be helpful for me, and never asked to have my subscription canceled. But the fact that a person presents them with a challenge to potentially deceptive business practices, and it nearly immediately results in a cancellation: that is VERY concerning. I’m still hopeful that the program can be helpful. It seems like it could be. But the way they treat someone who points out significant issues with their characterization of their product is highly concerning. It’s unfortunate. I had high hopes and had hoped to have the opportunity to leave a higher rating in the review - but I’m apparently “CANCELED” because I asked for the company to reexamine their advertising and marketing.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY INTO.

The app is nothing special!!! Once I paid for membership and got into app, I immediately asked for a refund for this reason. I keep getting the constant runaround and no one will give me my money back. Extremely disappointed and will warn everyone I know.

Wasn’t for me

I opened this app and realized that it wasn’t going to work for me. It was nothing that I thought it would be. I asked for a refund the same day and their terms say that there are not refunds if you access your program. So if you are on the fence then just know there are not full refunds offered.

Unfortunate Refund Policy

There is nothing really wrong with this app, however it is really nothing more than any other dieting app available on the market. Advertising for the app targeted a specific group and I purchased it based on that advertising. I know you can’t believe everything you read or see so I took 7 days to review the app and materials provided.

This app doesn’t offer anything that cannot be found in any other dieting app. Unfortunately you have to purchase a subscription and download the app in order to evaluate the materials. My refund request was denied on the basis that I didn’t have any technical issues with the app. This is true, but I find their inability to process a refund request that is received within a very short span of time an issue.

If you have access to other weight management apps, you have no need to purchase this one.
