Super all round programme for the health “grazer”

I’m loving this app and it’s flexibility.

Meal plans Pilates yoga nutrition, lovely encouraging words during exercises that stay with you in the day. it’s replaced my usual app I’ve used for over nine years because of the variety I can tap into each day depending on how I am feeling. thanks to everyone for a great experience!

Really great!

I love this App. It has helped me start exercising for the first time in my life. All exercises have a video and spoken text to make sure you know how to do them.
The recipes are also really great. I’m on day 11 and couldn’t new happier about starting this!

I had chronic pain for the last half of my 50s which led to me being very sedentary and out of shape. That’s been mostly fixed now so I looked for something to help me regain some strength and found this. I LOVE this app, I’ve only been doing it a couple of weeks and I can’t do three reps yet but I love that I don’t have to think about it, I just select the next workout in the list. The only thing I don’t love is the AI sounding voice but that’s not very important in the bigger scheme of things. I can already feel that I’m stronger and I look forward to the day when I start seeing changes (I’m very overweight so it’s going to take a while). Thank you so much for this app!

Does not load

I have tried everything and the Pilates videos will not load. The app is freezing all the time. I sent a message to help with no response. Am requesting a refund.

I like the short pilates work outs. It’s easy to fit 20-30 minutes into my busy day and gives me a sense of accomplishment.

Aucune accessibilité à l’application

Jca ne fait même pas une semaine que j’ai débuté ce programme et lorsque je commençais à peine à établir ma routine, le programme s’est fermé (déjà 5 jours) n’ayant pas d’accessibilité aux exercices ni au plan quotidien. J’espère fort bien que les journées manquées seront créditées.

Unreasonable expectations

Do not agree to give them money without being very sure what product is. I did not do enough research and clicked through to sign up. Once I did, I got at least 7 plus offers of more things to buy rather than showing me the “plan” I’d subscribed to. When the 8th “add on now” product was displayed I closed my iPad and downloaded the app to my phone. From there I was able to log in and saw a very specific meal plan of mostly egg recipes for the next 2 days. I realized this wasn’t for me and unsubscribed immediately (less than 15 minutes) asking for a refund. I heard back from customer service offering me 3 additional months free. I replied and explained I had been a subscriber less than 15 minutes and was requesting a refund. They replied “no” and offered me more free stuff. This is like being charged for a shirt you hold up in front of yourself to see if it fits. Poor customer service.

Beware

There are quiet a few reviews regarding the 2nd automatic payment being taken when you think you’ve just signed up for a trial. Jeez, wish I’d read them! Only got 1/2 back even though raised it with them same day. Had to jump through hoops for that. I asked for a link to the reviews as well but never got one🤔. Just be aware of this if you did want to try it.

Beware!!

I signed up for what I thought was an offer and a one time payment for 6 months for £15. What a mistake! Since then a £60 and a £100 amount have come out of my account with no warning which I cannot afford. I cancelled my subscription and deleted the app after the first unexpected payment was taken so I have no idea how this happened. I feel scammed and robbed. I have emailed to request this is refunded and cancelled my subscription again so fingers crossed they don’t steal any more payments.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually don’t write reviews, especially negative ones. Actually, now that I think about it, this is my first ever negative review that I’ve written so that’s saying something right there.

This app is not at all what they advertise it to be, at least on Instagram. And getting a refund…pfft! Like pulling teeth. Customer service is well trained on how to dodge the fact that you are unhappy and want your money back but other than that—I’ll be nice since I know it isn’t the employee’s fault but how they are trained to handle these situations—lacking; in every way, lacking. Awful.

Don’t bother with this app unless you have lots of time to waste going back and forth with their customer service or you just don’t care about wasting your money.
