    I’m thoroughly impressed by how lacklustre an experience VACU is able to deliver to its customer-base with an app that is, in every way, a strict downgrade from the app they supported prior to the change. It runs slower, it looks worse, and it barely functions. Clearly some people do not understand the philosophy of not fixing something if it isn’t broken.

    The old app worked better the new app constantly crashes very disappointing 😒
  • Horribly mismanaged

    Your crappy website forced me to reset my password even though I just wanted to log in but failed to actually let me change my password and then booted me out. Now I’m locked out of my account because my old password is no longer valid but I was never able to set up a new one.

    I just wanted to see how much money I had in my account ughhh.

    So thanks for the headache, totally what I needed on a busy Tuesday morning is to have to reset my account and move over to a new bloated less optimal app.

    They made me switch to this and I gotta say the other app was way better than this

  • Won’t allow log in?

    I tried to log in to my account this morning as I was prompted to the newly rolled out app, and even though my user credentials are correct (I checked and double checked) the app is telling me I have the wrong log in information.

  • Waste of time.

    VACU tries but falls short. The app constantly crashes & mobile deposits is a hassle. Frequent errors when trying to deposit checks forcing me to visit a branch and waste my time.
  • Functional but obtuse

    VACU requires this app for use with business accounts and while it’s mostly functional, there are numerous obtuse and specific things that don’t work and make it annoying to use. The signup process to even begin using it, took almost an entire morning to figure out. Extremely specific information was required resulting in dozens of incorrect signup attempts…despite it all being information they had already.

    Numerous other quirks abound: It will not for example allow mobile deposit of official checks like those normally printed by the government or large institutions. It throws an error saying that you must write ‘For mobile deposit at VACU’ but does not recognize it when you do so. Overall, a functional in most regards but poorly designed experience.
