We offer a free 3-day trial period that will let you get a taste of what's there in the premium version. If you cancel it before it ends - no funds will be withdrawn from your account, so there are absolutely no obligations and the option to purchase a subscription is a choice for you to make. For complete access to all Universal Remote TV Control features, you will need to subscribe to Premium. In fact, we have a variety of subscription plans in our application: weekly, monthly, yearly.     Said it was a free 3 day trial. Had to pick a plan to download. 2/2/24 It didn’t work on my tv so I cancelled in under 5 minutes. It said I have use of app until 2/2/25. Don’t do it!!! I am very unhappy.

  • It disconnects a lot

    I thought maybe my Wi-Fi was just weak, but no matter what time of day the remote quickly disconnected from the TV. It only worked for a few seconds, and then nothing. I bought a new app to do the same thing and that doesn’t happen and it doesn’t happen with my Roku remote app for my other TV either so it must just be this one.

    It does not connect to my TV and does not work at all. It does not allow me to cancel my subscription.
    What a waste of time.
    Não conecta com minha TV e não funciona. Mas não oferece a opção para cancelar a assinatura. Como faço para não ser cobrado após o 3 dias grátis? Não cheguei nem a usar.

    I was in an endless loop of error messages despite of following all the instructions. I give up.

    Downloaded and opened app used it then changed to a different screen. Went back to the app and it wouldn’t work until you closed it out and reconnected to the TV!! And you have to have the original remote to accept it. Pretty useless!!

  • It charged me and I don’t even have the app downloaded

    I guess a while back I downloaded it to see if it worked without purchasing but didn’t. Today I put in new card information and it charged me out of nowhere. How in the world does that even work? I haven’t had the app in years.
