Session timeout using alternative registration
I am logging into the new application and using the alternative method with SSN and account and when I get to the last step with entering email address and mobile number for the security method it gives me a message that my session has timed out. I have tried multiple times with the same result.
Lost daily balance notifications
Since you removed daily balance notifications, that is a tool I used for security of my account. Happened every day without having to remember to check. That was a valuable tool. BRING IT BACK! New app doesnโt seem like an upgrade???
Acct balance updates
I really miss the account balance update. I would receive a text message in the morning at 6:30 before I would go to the hospital. While at the hospital, I had no cell service I relied on those account balances so that when my husband called me, I needed to make a big purchase. I was able to tell him thereโs plenty in the account. I will now I have to find an area to get cell service or go outside the hospital in order to look up my account balance. It also gave me peace of mind, knowing I had enough in there, for when my automatic bills were paid. Iโm very disappointed this feature is gone. Please consider adding this feature back on the new app.

I love the new app for Great Southern Bank customers! It is so easy to use and navigate and I especially like that thereโs the two-step authentication feature! I also appreciate having the ability to set up alerts to help keep an eye on your balance and make sure itโs actually your purchase or someone trying to use your account without authorization! This is so helpful and I really like the new upgrade! Thanks Great Southern Bank as always I love doing business with you and have for many many years! A+++++

Nice update GSB! The GUI is nicely designed and everything is more efficient.
Horrible App
The old one was better. It is so delayed at showing my deposits, current balance, pending balances, and transactions. This new app is a waste of time.

BEST UPGRADE
The home screen has everything, and you can customize how you view your accounts.
Whether you want them displayed separately (swipe to see next) or expanded (see multiple accounts at once.) I also like how you can easily see account info and details when you click into each account. It's very easy to navigate, and I like not having to search through the side bar menu.
