  • Terrible

    This app has created many issues for me. I am being double charged for washes. The techs at the kiosk are the ones that process the information and have not got it right. I have attempted to contact customer service with no response. I have to try again. The manager insist that this is the must way to handle issues.

  • Cancelled account to apparently force use of this app

    Title speaks for itself. Had an Oasis account that migrated to Whistle Express when they took over. The account renewed in late December and charged my credit card December through March with no problem. Didnโ€™t/donโ€™t want this app but now I had to download it just to find out our account was cancelled. The employees at the locations have always been great, but BYE Whistle Express, this is not the way to treat customers. Its not rocket science, slap a RFID on the car and go. No app is needed or wanted.

  • App not working

    For the past two weeks the app keeps trying to download an update when opened but never completes the update! Iโ€™ve uninstalled the app, turned the phone off and back on, then reinstalled the app and the same issue continues.

    Wonโ€™t easily allow you to do some things if you sign up in store not through the app originally
  • Oops! What happened to my $10 off?

    It appears that signing up with this app provides you with a $10 off coupon for your next wash. And it shows up right on your screen. But when you go out of the app and come back into the app later, itโ€™s gone. Weโ€™ll see how they handle it next time I go to get a car wash and try to get the $10 off benefit. It will certainly make a difference about whether or not I keep or delete the app.

  • Front windshield

    The individual cleaning the front window, barely swooped over my front window, so it was still completely dirty when I left out of the car wash. I expect a little bit more attention than what was provided.

    Tim was very friendly, attentive and helpful with getting me on this app and getting all my information and membership info converted. Quick and easy process, helpful staff and I enjoy the updates!
  • Management

    Iโ€™ve been emailing Management for several months in reference to. I have been a customer from the oasis days and now Whistle is the new owner. They refused to return my email. My email was in reference to the prices I was paying before they change over to the new system with the tags and everyone I talk to at Whistle in person they said that I was grandfather clause in Management have not yet got back with me to put me back at my same prices. I am very concerned about the management.
