This app is not adequate to place more funds on your mortgage. One line I’m able to add to principal but on the app I can’t this needs to be fixed

Doesn’t work
Can’t sign in. Immediately fails with “please check if your Internet connection is restricted”. No, but if you tell me some more details about what is not working I might be able to actually troubleshoot it. I hate apps that hide errors behind generic messages like this.

App is now the only way to pay. Website has become unusable
Website fast lane update has made it unusable. Horrible, access to my account. I’ve been trying to figure out how to pay my loan for 3 days over a holiday.
Can’t sign in
I have a lakeview mortgage and can sign in via the web, but I cannot on this app.
Dates to pay your bill
This app won’t allow you to pay your bill on the weekends when selecting from dates to make the payment.
