Dr. Metcalfe

Dr. Metcalf was very thorough in her review of asking me all my symptoms how much weight I had lost how many units of medication I’ve been taking and what my side effects were. She explained to me more or less how the drug worked and that it was not necessarily an exact dose each week, so we came up with some other options for me so that I’m not feeling so weak all the time. I was very happy with all the time she spent with me as compared to some of the other providers. Dr. Metcalf actually educated me on the use of the drug and how it could benefit me by adjusting the doses, I was extremely happy with her

Physician interview

She was very thorough in her presentation and what to expect with the medication. She was patient when the call was dropped because of my technical difficulty. When I got back online, she did not even mention the fact that I had to check back into the video call.
Also she was very patient and even asked at the end of our call was there any additional questions or needed any additional information.

review of Doctors

My experience with the Doctors has been great Dr. Tabitha was extremely helpful and supportive! I thank them for their service and time!

I do however, have a huge problem with billing and the IT people! This was a mistake on their end end my account is currently in the negative because I’ve been charged 3x and counting! I was assured this never happen again-yet here we are! so disappointed and angry! My bank is a complete mess thanks to them!

The doctors, however, are wonderful!!

Scam

I downloaded the app and went through every link possible for this place. It’s tough to find out there is no way to get ahold of these people. The only thing you can do on any links leading to their website is nothing. You can’t leave a message, a way to text, a phone number, every time it goes back to the Quiz. I was trying to just get away from them, cancel drs appt., there’s nothing. If you actually had my money I would be so appalled, angry and hurt. Their entire website screams we want to help you, we care about you. Thank god I’m not your customer yet. I got lucky, Apple caught their scam. They denied everything. I was so stupid that I called Apple to allow the charge, I actually believed them. I went on the BBB page and saw all the complaints and poor people that got taken advantage of. By these scammers.

Great bedside mannner

It’s hard to find a doctor with good bedside manner these days, but when I met with this doctor, the conversation was so pleasant and upbeat that it felt like catching up with a friend who was there to help and not some cold and mundane exam. Hoping for and determined to have positive results on this app and program. Been rather easy so far. But my payment did get flagged by my banking as suspicious when I tried to process payment. I think because it’s out of my habits because they certainly have delivered on everything so far.

Sketchy service. Would not recommend

My first appointment was late and video call didn’t work. Dr. Did not order nausea meds as promised. Don’t bother trying to reach any customer service line, it’s impossible. Tried chatting with support, took 2 weeks to respond. Second Dr visit Doc said he wasn’t going to up my dosage because I was doing fine. Ok. Then the Rx arrives and it is half of the dose I was told to take by Dr. They then claimed since meds came from a different pharmacy the formulation was stronger. Sounds like a lie to me, but even if it isn’t changing people’s dose without telling them is setting someone up to take way too much! I suspect that is simply that they are running out of meds due to high demand. Whether my suspicions are correct or not, I am sorry that I paid them so much money; I’m afraid that I’m being taken in by a scam. Would not recommend.

My appointment

Thank you for my first appointment going so well. I was worried that it wasn’t going to be a real appointment with the doctor, but this doctor was amazing from the first point of contact with the CNA that took all the information she was wonderful and then when the doctor came on, she was absolutely, the best. Took a great deal of time asking all the questions answering my questions exceeded what I expected so thank you very much for making it such a wonderful experience and setting my worries, at ease. I wish I could get you every time so thank you again for making it such a great experience.

The APP is HORRIBLE

I would give this only a half a star if I could. They would earn a half a star just because they were able to actually launch an app. No one ever replies to chat. The app does not update appropriately. It consistently says that I’m still taking my first shot. I’m on my third refill, it’s not user-friendly. There’s no tech-support. This has been the worst experience with any app possible. The care providers however our great, the problem is if you are not willing able and staying on track to schedule your own appointments, update your own information and track your own progress elsewhere this will not work for you. It is quite unfortunate that the app is the problem. All of the providers that I’ve spoken with the nurses and the physicians, unfortunately are not in control of how well the app does or does not work or the customer service associated with the app. If this service fails, it will 100% be the fault of this app.

Bad app

You cannot schedule another appointment through the app. Sometimes it shows a timeline when you are due for another appointment, sometimes it doesn’t. It says on the homepage that I have one action required but there’s no option to see what it is and when I go to the notifications page, it’s blank. The shopping list section seems to indicate that you can purchase groceries. In one section it says “if you would like to enable them to be delivered, activate the item before checkout” but there’s no option to export the list to any other app nor is there a way to check anything out within the app itself so that just makes no sense.

App gets stuck

Chaos, the word I find to use describing FuturHealth and this app. The app gets stuck and has only updated anything once in the 10 weeks since starting. I must always call to figure out how to get a refill after it took more than 2 weeks to receive one. I wish I could use a local pharmacy to pick up as the mail order seems unreliable. I have received it warm, I never know when it’s going to come. The only thing I can count on is my credit card getting billed like clockwork. I’m sure this has blown up and service has not caught up to membership, but better communication would be nice.
