Won’t let you sign up

I’ve tried 3 times now to sign up and it won’t let me. It only says sign in or continue as guest. This app really is crappy.

Needs Apple Pay, ASAP.

I’m knocking 2 stars off this app because to reload a card requires the user to stand there and manually enter all bank card details, for each card. So if you’re reloading 2 cards for example, you have to go through the whole process 2 times. I’m going to assume they did this to avoid paying Apple Store fees?
…Why in the WORLD would you guys make your customers stand at a game machine, find and pull out a credit card, then have to type in a card number + expiration + CVC + billing zip??? Apple Pay or local encrypted storage of the bank card details is a thing, and NEEDS to be implemented ASAP. Thanks.

Terrible experience

The app is frustrating to use. I have tried to reload my link card with multiple credits, and it will not allow me to proceed with reloading more. It very inconvenient having to go physically reload it every time.

Still has problems

Edit 6/8/24: the app has gotten better for the most part but still keep getting logged out frequently. When logging on this last time it had as other folks have noted said I do not have the digital membership despite my purchase history shows it was renewed in February of this year.

The other issue is that when logging back in my rewards balance was reset to 0. Quite frustrating when going there pretty often. The email inquiries they keep telling people to send is also a bit frustrating to read. Telling their users to jump through extreme amount of hoops to participate in the program that is supposed to be user friendly and seamless.

No functionality for existing users/members

I am not able to register my card in the app unless I am going to start a new membership… my membership is current and loaded with credits, I simply would like to have it linked with my account.

5 months later and still unusable

EDIT #3: No matter what credit card I use I keep getting an error that says it cannot fill my card. I have been told at the store that there is no more in store scanning, points are earned automatically by playing the games. Have been there several weekends in a row and my account is still sitting at 0 points. What exactly is my “premium membership” earning me at this point?

App is broken DO NOT USE

App glitches constantly, does not register you are a club member, takes your money. You are better off going in and getting a card.

Please fix Rism photo downloads. With the new app I can no longer download my photos.

Needs more

The new app and rewards are nice but once again the company falls short to its players. The prices at Round 1 are egregious and limiting to the player. The payout rates on your claws are absolutely obscene. Getting 119 credits for spending $300 is a joke. Round 1 needs to offer something to its higher spending players. The app would be the perfect place to do that. Provide us with coupons, other than the rewards, give us reduced rates for our paid play. Even the opportunity to get at least one day a month at half price play would be wonderful. All this tells me is that you are more interested in your profits than your players and that’s truly sad. Many of your games at the Erie, PA location have been down for months as well; it would be nice if some of them were operating again.

App is still broken

The only improvement from this app is that they let you add your game card and you can remotely reload it from the app itself.

Cons, my game card that I added I paid for club membership, it doesn’t detect that my card is a club card and is still asking me to pay 5 dollars
