App is still broken

The only improvement from this app is that they let you add your game card and you can remotely reload it from the app itself.

Cons, my game card that I added I paid for club membership, it doesn’t detect that my card is a club card and is still asking me to pay 5 dollars

Cannot Reload Card

I’ve tried multiple different credit/debit cards and I get an error message every time I try to reload my card on the app. Extremely frustrating and I’m missing out on a lot of bonus points.

Nothing works

There is no way to connect an existing club membership with the app. You cannot reload credits at the club member rate even if you add a club member card to the app. Even with location services turned on, you are always “too far away” from your center to check wait times for bowling/karaoke etc. pls fix

Unusable

Not able to use at Round 1 to recharge card. Do not download because it is unusable.

Incompetent staff makes app nearly worthless

The good… you can add game cards and keep track of points and reload directly from the app. The bad… anything other than the above is pointless because the staff doesn’t know how the system works (so I was told by a staff member). So, the points/rewards system is effectively non-existent.

Doesn’t work

The app is constantly asking me over and over to renew membership, even though it says my membership is valid until 2025.

It’s been three days and I have not recieved any reward points for reloading my card or playing games. The app is also not updating with the current credits on my card. It says I have 115 credits, when I actually have close to 35.

Kind of frustrating to get rid of the longstanding stamp system which rewards frequent customers, to go to this system which doesn’t even work nor does it incentivize frequently visiting round one.

Very disappointing

We were looking forward to going to Round1 but soon found out that they have a new app. Unfortunately wasted our time trying to migrate accounts from the old to new app just to find out the cards balance doesn’t “exist” anymore. Do not go here if you want your money taken as well.

More than a month later and still unusable

The app will not use any card to refill credits, it always errors out. I waited to review this app in hopes the kinks would get worked out.
I also am missing out on scanning for my silver to gold status because that isn’t operational either.
The original app worked flawlessly, I’m frustrated that the new one didn’t undergo some kind of testing before we were forced to use it.

App is trash

I can’t log in using my email account. It says we can’t find user even though I’ve been using this email for everything. You need to do better round one. It’s just frustrating that I can’t log into an app with my email.

Why fix what isn’t broken?

With the old app, I had my payment information saved and I could just reload with a few clicks. Now I have to manually enter my debit card every time I want to reload. Not only was there nothing wrong with the old app, but you guys are going backwards. Whose idea is to to take away features?
