Bad App

There was no way for me to login to my old account so I had to make a new one with the same email

Reloading does not work.

I have tried reloading the card with the app but I keep getting an error so I go to the counter. Canโ€™t get rewards when reloading at the counter so I donโ€™t see the point for the app.

Old app was better

Itโ€™s great that the new app have no features but the fact that you can move your data over or you have to delete and redownload the same app instead of an upgrade is frustrating, also no prices for any activities, so the app is basically a book keeper for points?

More Stuff!

Not a review writerโ€ฆ but have to say functionality is much better on new app. Last one only for loading cards, but now you can interact with bowling, the sports thing and book parties. Itโ€™s a win for me.

Cool that you can earn points

I spend lot of money on arcade credits here so happy that I get to earn points on them now!

Terrible migration

They stripped a lot of things and made it extremely difficult to recharge your card. The app constantly errors out and refunds your money. I couldnโ€™t do it while on location and the staff said that they couldnโ€™t give me the same 100$ deal as the app.

Our arcade service provider had a nationwide outage on 2/11 and 2/18 that affected game card functions in-app. The issue has been since resolved. Junk app

Keeps unlinking my card and have not been able to reload to get points when needing to reload again

No way to download Rism photos

I couldnโ€™t find a way to download Rism photos with the new app. Can we have the old app back? It at least does the job.

DOESNT LOAD YOUR CREDIT

Absolutely DO NOT USE. It doesnโ€™t make you aware when reloading on the app, but credit takes up to 24 hours to load on the card when loaded from the app, and they will not help you on location. Absolute waste of money if youโ€™re already there.
