  • Can't Complete App Setup

    Have not been able to complete the app setup process. I'm stuck on the second part of the process, linking with Bluetooth. It tells me that Bluetooth access is restricted and that I need to go to settings to use this feature. When I click on Settings it takes me to Stelo's setting section but there is no button there allowing me to establish a Bluetooth connection. So I go back to the Stelo app and try again, and again, and again. Can't find anything on the web that explains this problem. Bluetooth is turned on and works with several of my apps without a problem.

    When I visit the Dexcom site I can't find a solution. When I click on their help bot it takes me to the search bar. I type in my question and it tells me there's nothing they can find in their database in regards to my query.

    So I'm out of luck. Absolutely no customer support. No way to contact them!

  • Great Product!!!

    A really great product! I placed my order and it arrived the next day! It was very easy to install the sensor, and app is very easy to use. It was working great for about four days and then suddenly quit working. I received an alert that said the sensor is no longer working, install a new sensor. I tried to reach out to support but realized they do not have a direct phone number. They provide a Bot, for support. After sending the Bot a message that my sensor quit working after only four days (instead of the fifteen days that it is supposed to last), I received an email directing me to fill out a claim form with the pertinent information. It was a simple form and as soon as I sent it, I received a reply saying they would send me a replacement sensor. A terrific response to an otherwise shaky start. I love all of the information they provide about controlling your blood glucose spikes. It is very empowering to have this information. I have already made changes to diet and exercise that are lessening spikes. Great job Stelo!

  • Needs a little work

    Initially, Apple Watch displayed current numbers; it got to just showing three dashes but would open if clicked; now, it does not show on the screen at all, and it can’t be clicked.
  • Useful but missing a key feature

    Started using yesterday and I do like the sensor. But the app needs a way to generate a report of the readings and events for a selected date range and then export it to a file or at least send to email. Right now o have to manually log some of the readings into a different app to be able to create a report for my doctor.

  • Good first effort

    Needs graph settings longer than 1 day and summaries for 2 months and 3 months.
  • No Support

    Has Great potential. I placed my order and it arrived the next day! It was very easy to install the sensor, and app is very easy to use. It was working great for three days and then suddenly quit working. I received an alert that said the sensor is no longer working, install a new sensor. I tried to reach out to support but realized they do not provide any support, only a Bot that has generic answers to somewhat general topics. There does not appear to be any type of support to address specific issues. A truly great product if it operates as advertised, but extremely disappointing if it does not.

  • Solid app, could add features and better support

    The app works well and the educational info is great. Some features I would like to see: be able to scroll backward or somehow see past days (currently you can’t see back further than 24 hours, so I take screen shots every night); be able to title the events or show all the info in the horizontal display. “Meal” is fine, but “Activity” or “Note” is not enough info to spot trends; include a link or info for those of us who don’t know about Clarity (Dexcoms other app that allows you to access that past data and get reports, although I like the layout of the Stelo app better).

  • App is too simplistic

    It only shows the data for the past 24 hours. It would be a lot more useful if we can see ALL the data. I would also like to be able to zoom in and out both in time (x axis) and in glucose values (y axis), not just the 4 presets current in the app.
  • Apple Health integration is great, but Apple Watch doesn't work

    Pretty good a few days in, but like other reviewers the Watch app just tells me to open the app on my phone. Appreciate the Apple Health integration.
  • Connection error

    Everything else on my phone works fine. This app for some reason can’t connect to the internet.
