I received the stelo email and made the purchase right away! Started using it 8/29/2024! Love the product except the dark grey color☹️. Wish it has fun colors🤩
  • Country Verification Error

My husband is getting an error that the app can’t verify his country. We are in the US. The website shows his account and shows that it has the US for him in his account info. We have a same iPhone version and the app worked for me.
We have followed troubleshooting instructions to delete the app, restart the phone, and reinstall the app, but the same error occurs. The bot offered a complaint form but it wouldn’t let us access the form because it says that we don’t have cookies enabled. We do have cookies enabled so we are at a dead-end for him. Please fix the county verification issue in the app or provide a way to for us to discuss this with a human.

  • Terrible

I have a Dexcom account and I live in the United States. That is what is in my account. Yet when I log into the app it tells me my country of residence is invalid.
  • Request for features

The app is very basic, but works well. It would be great if there were a list view of the data, or a way to export it.
  • No go iPhone 13 mini

After ordering sensors, I discovered the app does not display properly on the mini. The icons needed to operate app do not display. Bottom 20% of app pages are covered up. Renders spp and sensors useless. I tried to cancel my order but could not. Of course there is no phone number either. So now I have $100 paper weights.

  • Good Start!

I’m not sure if this is an isolated issue but Stelo app on Apple watch is not syncing with iPhone. Instead, I get a message to ‘Check Stelo app on iPhone’. I’ve checked everywhere on the app but could not figure out what I need to check or do? Would be great at some point if it can connect directly with watch like the G7. Please, add widget too.

  • Not sure

I got my meters today. So far, it’s reading about 50 points lower than my finger sticks. I’m hoping it will settle out and get better. Also, when I first installed the app, all I could see was my account info—no instructions. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then, it worked perfectly. If the readings settle out, I’ll be happy with it.
Update: My readings are much closer to my finger stick meter now. I like that it tells you when you start to spike. You can put a note in the app to identify what might be causing the spike.
    What I wish it did:
I wish you could ask for a reading or set the time in between readings. Right now, it appears to take readings every 15 minutes. Also, I haven’t been able to see a reading on my Apple Watch. If I touch the app icon, it just tells me to check the app on my phone. All in all, a good first effort. With some tweaks, it can be awesome. I’m just glad there’s a device for those of us who aren’t insulin dependent.

  • Very Basic App

This is a basic app with little help. Gives you your glucose but inputting food is like a 90s app. You’d think they would have a connection to all the food sources. Type in Chipotle and it pulls up infor, but nothing. You have to go figure it out and add it manually. Hopefully the Abbott app will be better when it comes out.

  • Questions

When will this be available on Apple Watch?
When will you have an alert for sensor expiring?
  • Not there yet

We need to be able to tap on individual data points and notes from the landscape screen, so it’s easier to identify trends.
