Worst app I have ever come across. Should be forcibly shut down
I’ve already left a review, but I just wanted to reiterate how bad this app truly is. Not sure how they still have 4.6 stars when almost every review that you can see is a negative one. Must be using bots to boost their positive reviews which tracks for this terrible company. Had 3 of my friends try to sign up for this app to see if the sign up problems I had were just me, and for each of the 4 people, it said it was unable to verify our identities. I’ve seen their response to other reviewers stating that the app couldn’t verify their identities, and they give the same copy and paste answer every time that they use a 3rd party system to verify identities and sometimes it doesn’t work. DONT YOU THINK YOU WOULD FIND ANOTHER SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY? THIS COMPANY OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T. Don’t waste your time.

Total waste of my time!
I followed every single step they laid out, and trust me it’s a lot. Gave them my bank information, Social Security number, date of birth, phone number, email address, physical address and I got a response that I was not approved. Absolutely no explanation but suggested I contact customer service. I don’t have time to sit on the phone to ask somebody why I was declined when it was very easy that their system could just set it up to tell me there on the screen. I’ve had this bank account for over 15 years and have direct deposit and currently have over $1300 in the account. So I see absolutely no reason why I was declined. 😡

Easiest Cash Advance Ever
I am pretty shocked by this app and how easy it was for cash. It took me not even 5 minutes to verify my identity, link my bank account, and get approved for $100. I also like how straight forward the agreement was on the repayment date. No tricks with trying to get you to tip. 10/10 in my opinion
Verification Issues and Bad Customer Service
App had issues verifying your identity and allowing you to take an advance. Customer service has not responded to requests for help and it’s been almost 1 month. They did respond to my review, but left my service request unanswered. Lots of people have left negative reviews so either they are not running their service efficiently or it’s an information grab. There’s no way for us to prove legitimacy, so I would just play it safe and file a report to Apple and hope that Apple is doing their job and keeping us safe from scammers.

Legitimate
I give this app a 4 star because however in no more then 15 to 20 min with downloading the app an setting everything up and linkin my bank account an it evaluating my bank account an everything it approved me for 75$ just that quick. So it definitely deserves 4 and 5 stars. The biggest downfall about this app is how long it took to just elevate my bank account that’s all.

Could not verify me
I saw this app in the App Store and wanted to see what it was about. I downloaded the app attempted to sign in and create an account and I got about probably halfway through, after I entered my Social Security number and my birthdate it said we are unable to verify your identity based off the information you provided us and will not be able to open an account with you. I mean, I’m as real as anybody else lol my Social Security number was right my birthday was right all the information I put in was right I own my house yet. They said I wasn’t a real person, I contacted them about it and all I got back was very response from supervisor or manager saying we cannot move forward with you because we cannot validate your identity. And then it was over that’s all I got. So yeah, I’d say one star because due to their system they weren’t able to identify me, but I’m I’m real. I’m I’m here. I’m right here and then like some sort of above us came across with this man’s attitude and he just was like I’m holier than thou so you can’t come in and I’m just like you’re the one that’s trying to come in so I would recommend going with a more legitimate money app and not this one because it seems like they’re not all up on the same page and a little chaotic.

Potential for 5⭐️’s
I was hoping it was a little more but they started me out at 50 bucks. Hey it’s something I was scrapping also I’m only writing this now because I’m not even on here five minutes and it wants to be rated already ,I dislike being asked to rate but within that time just five minutes now I will say this is one of the FASTEST and EASIEST payday loans you could possibly get yeah it may start out at a small amount, but eventually, I guess you build it up I got my cash advance as it no sooner did I fill out the form , BOOM sent n in my account!!!!!!!

Extremely disappointed
6 months ago I would have given 5 stars. I was approved for 100 every time I requested an advance. I recently just paid one back. I waited until the cool off period expired and went to get a new advance. It will not approve me for either bank account I have linked. I have emailed “support “ FOUR times in the past 3 days. I was told there was an issue with my linked debit card. But failed to tell me which card or what the issue even is. I emailed back asking which card and what the issue is. I also contacted my banks to make sure both my debit cards and accounts were good and both had zero issues. I still have yet to get any helpful information/solutions from “support “ I’m going it one more week before I contact PRG Ventures, Inc. and will close my account.

Do Not Use This App!
OK, so let me explain further. Please hear me out I was able to borrow $100 twice. I paid it back fully. It was automatically deducted from my account. The money was there paid in full when I needed the money the most in order to obtain an apartment I was only offer $25, I paid service back timely the money was there and then I couldn’t borrow it to get what I needed. This app is a rip off. I would not use it. I thought I give it a chance and look past the previous reviews unfortunately I had to feel what they were going through as well. What this app is doing is very very wrong. It’s stealing if I borrow $100 and pay you back $100 and you only offer me $25 plus the fees wouldn’t you feel robbed leave this app alone do not recommend.

Waste of time
Couldn’t believe I was denied a cash advance. I have no problem using MoneyLion, Empower, Cleo. So yes to me this was a waste of time. Wonder what made them decide to deny me when I can use the other apps and get an advance no problem. Update: so I tried for an advance again and was denied again! Wouldn’t let me say when my payday was. It only gave up to a certain day for me to choose. I use Money Lion, Cleo, and Empower and I have no issues ever with any of them. So if thry don’t want my business then I’ll use other places.
