Worst Advance App Out There
I successfully completed 2 advances and paid both back perfectly and on time. Then I tried to use it again a few weeks later and the app kept going in a loop for the sign in. I emailed support multiple times since there is no other way to communicate. I tried to create a new account two times over the course of a few days and when I emailed support again, this was the response I received.
“Thank you for contacting Money App, we reviewed your latest request and analyzed your account data carefully. As a result, we are unable to offer you a cash advance because your account has violated one or more of our policies.”
I literally did nothing wrong, the app is just very poorly designed and support is not helpful.

Deserves 0 stars. Do not download
Unable to “verify” my identity and it never gives you a reason why. I truly feel like this app is just to get your information and that it doesn’t work. It allowed me to put my information in but when I do the last step on 12 it brings me right back to step 8. Do not waste your time on this scam of an app. I can’t even close my account because I can’t get passed step 12.
I would say to use EarnIn,empower, Dave, Brigit or MoneyLion because they actually work

Cooling-off period
App seems legit. Didn’t qualify for the advance however, I wanted to make this review to counter act a lot of the negative reviews saying the same thing about not being able to get another advance after repaying on time.

Short terms.
They give a fair amount but the downside is for those people who only get paid once a month. They only have a two week term. But they’re good if you need them in the last part of the month.
Bad Service
The functionality of the money loan is a terrible thing. You pay off a loan and once when you choose not to continue they still contact you about getting a loan even when you unsubscribe from the loan. They still pulled money from me after I stop using it for two months. Talk to customer service and they stop reaching out to me for help. Stay away from this app and go to Speedy Cash, Ace Express or even Empower. Wish I can give this app a zero. Thank you for stealing from me 😒

Signing up
This is a horrible app, I signed up linked my bank account through plaid it tell me my checking account was linked when I look at the last 4 digits of my account number it’s incorrect it’s linking someone else’s account information, emailed customer support and they couldn’t tell me why was the app detecting someone else’s account number. I had my bank account with chase for over 2yrs with qualifying direct deposits and I’m still unable to get pass the banking part. It took my chime information but that’s not where my deposits go, I don’t know if they don’t deal with chase bank or what but this is horrible, you download the app and have so many issues before even taking an advance

DO NOT USE, DO NOT TRY HORRIBLE APP
This app must have been put together bypeople who have no clue what they are doing. Ive never had a problem simply creating an account like with this app. But it doesn't explain if there's an issue, if something is wrong, doesn't give you a chance to fix a typo or autocorrect mistake. It just puts you into a loop that is clearly from having such a poorly built app. I have had more enjoyable experiences with apps that advertise how quick and easy it is to get X amount , only to be denied any amount, and id take that scenario over using this sorry excuse for app again. I don't like wasting time, especially on something that couldn't even handle the same info EVERY OTHER APP, application, membership form , official and not official , has asked for and handled with ease (considering its very simple, all legit and unchanged since being issued at birth) smdh...dont waste your time, use any of the other cash advance apps

They scam you out of money
I had an account with them, everything was fine until one day they took more then my advance, and then tried to tell me I had more then 1 account with my debit card. This simply wasn’t true as once you create an account you have to use you social security number, so you can only have one account. So how did I open another account that would match my bank info? They refuse to help me on the issue, told me to close my account and now keep taking money from my account. I have reported them to the BBB and disputed with my bank, I have all the proof I need.

Borrowing money
Borrowing money from cash advance was easier than any other app that I have found highly recommend them if in desperate need of money
I would give 0 stars but that's not an option
I can't get past login screen. I've had to make two different accounts because the first time you guys said you couldn't verify my information , and I wasn't even logged all the way in. Now on my second account I can't get past all of the questionnaires and when I do it takes me back to the first one. 😒
