  • Business Owner, Wife, and Mother

    I’m a small business owner, a happy wife of 13 years and the mother of a five year old. My weight and digestion took a change when I turned 37. I love the AI feature. It makes it so much easier for me to remember to log my food and look at my portions when I snap the picture.
    This puts me in a place mentally where I feel I can do this! I can be a mom, wife and business owner and keep my food intake and weight in a healthy place! I can do it all 🫶🏼🫶🏼

  • Does not work

    So far the experience has been disappointing. Bought the yearly subscription, as I wanted to try the AI picture recognition for the food. The questions leading to setting up the plan were ok for the mos part but some of the pages with losing weight imaginary made me hesitate. Moreover, once all set up, the picture recognition option does not work half of the time (guess should have considered why the option with the 7 day trial did not include picture IA). I get asked to repeat the picture and I usually end up logging the food myself. The barcode and manual entering as well don’t really have a very comprehensive list of foods. I have used other apps and definitely have a bigger compilation. Also not sure about the accuracy of the calories as compared to another app I’ve used for the past 2 years the calorie total does not match. Disappointed as I actually feel I wasted the money.

  • I gained 1000+ pounds

    I am absolutely furious about the weight loss app that promised to help me lose weight but instead made me gain weight. I cannot believe how false the advertisement was, and I am utterly disappointed in the results.

    The app claimed to provide personalized meal and exercise plans, as well as tracking tools to monitor progress. However, despite following the app's recommendations meticulously, I noticed a gradual weight gain instead of the desired weight loss.

    Not only did the app fail to deliver on its promised results, but the experience was also incredibly frustrating. It seemed like the app didn't take into account my individual needs or preferences, and the meal plan I gained 1000+ pounds

  • Waste of money!

    I only signed up because it offered a 7 day free trial however was charged the full subscription. The AI feature doesn’t work and is not accurate at all, completely waste of money

  • More control logging food needed

    As a newbie to calorie counting, app is ok. I’m frustrated as it only allows you to keep 10 food items under “Recent”, if I’m using every day, I would like to have an unlimited “Recent” list, so I can easily choose the food I eat on a regular basis. Maybe add another tab labeled “history” to allow us to create a list of all our favorite foods to take away the time to consistently search for the regular foods we eat!
    Also when logging foods allow us to add multiples, ex I have 2 cups of coffee, give us the option of “How Many” currently I have to log it in twice. Same with lunch, if I have 2 slices of bread, give me an option of “How Many” so I once again don’t have to log it twice!

  • Substitute ingredients

    Trying this app for the first time, it’s easy enough to use however I’m Australian and it is very focused on American type foods and American way of eating. Is it possible to substitute ingredient items and have the app recalculate the calorie content?

  • Needs More Features

    I paid for the 1-year subscription and I’m a little disappointed in what this app DOESN’T have, like water intake. This app keeps a short history of recent foods, like 7 items. I don’t like to have to re-search a staple breakfast food item every day because the history is so short. When it comes to servings, I wish they used fractions instead of decimals to calculate portions less than the full amount. I’d like to use 1/5 instead of 0.2. Another feature I’ve seen elsewhere is when a food is logged that is high or low in a target macro or saturated fat, it alerts you, to warn you that a food is very high and sugar or saturated fat, and I may potentially be over my target for the day.

  • What is the point of the 7 day trial if you just take my money before I’m sure

    I downloaded this app 2 days ago. Signed up for the 7 day free trial. And I was charged $40 before the 7 days are up. I like the app enough, it’s cool for the AI to take a picture of my food and analyze it. I know nothing is perfect, it’s gotten what I’m eating wrong a few times mistaken pulled chicken for pulled pork or house salad for Caesar salad, a bit annoying but not the end of the world. I was going back and forth on whether I wanted to use it because my ADHD will use something that’s fun to use for about two weeks and the novelty will wear off. Nothing against this app, but it can ask the hundreds of apps I’ve downloaded in the past why they are no longer downloaded on my phone, I grew bored. This app may have gone the distance but it didn’t even give me 5-7 days to decide. I’d probably use it when I get a job and I’m reaching for snacks vs healthy stuff to help me decide. I want to lose my weight but I more want my money back for the time being. $40 is a lot to spend when for an app I might get bored of and not use.

    I want those other 4 days to decide if it’s worth it. I honestly just want the money back. 🥺😠😖

  • Many foods have wrong info, food gets deleted

    The bar code scanner doesn’t work, almost nothing I scan is in the database, but that’s ok I thought because you can manually edit the bar code, and use it next time?? No you can’t do that. Also now it seems that someone at the company has edited it and it’s no has wrong information about that product, for example PROTEIN powder has been edited with 0g of protein with no way to edit or correct the information. But that doesn’t matter I thought because it allows you to add your own food, so I manually key in all the information (very time consuming) for different foods and manage to use it for 2 days only to now discover that it’s DELETED those foods even though it still listed as the food I ate yesterday, but now I have to manually re enter the fat, protein, carbs etc again. Very frustrating!! You can also only add 10 foods to “my foods” and adding any more kicks the oldest ones off the list - who the heck only eats 10 foods? This is insane!! Please fix these bugs, the AI stuff is just a gimmick and not needed, but the basic food information should be correct and the ability to save AND KEEP food stats (more than 10) and link them to bar codes needs to be fixed urgently. Why can’t we manually have our own bar codes for foods that we know is correct?

  • Need to offer a full trial

    Would have loved to trial the complete app before purchase, but doesn’t appear to be an option, so it’s a no for me.
