AW Complication Needs Work

I was excited to try this app after reading about it on Reddit, however I am disappointed that the Apple Watch complication does not auto-refresh itself and I need to manually refresh it by opening it. I would like to see the complication auto refresh without the need to continuously interact with it.

It’s simple and does what it’s suppose to do without fuss. It’s helped me get better sleep and focus on taking better care of myself.

New Apple Watch user!

I haven’t used for a long time, but this seems to be a really cool app to be able to track how ur body is doing during the day.

Couldn’t connect

I tried to get it to connect and tried the trouble shooting tips with out any luck. Bummed
Update: was finally able to connect and use the app! Deducted 1 star for my individual difficulty in setting up.
It would be nice to have a more detailed description for each feature/score. Overall, good. Free to use! Thanks.

Very Useful

I’ve been a user of this app since day 1 and it has continued to improve in accuracy and design. The algorithms are more useful than the Apple Health app because BodyState specifically looks at your HR and HRV during rest, which is what I want to check see in the morning when I wake up. Overall the accuracy is spot on compared to my old Garmin watch’s body battery.

The app doesn’t work. Can’t accessed the health app. I’ve reloaded, reinstalled, restarted… and nothing connects this app to the health app.
