Didnt work

Despite having 4G on and bluetooth, the app didn’t show any machines, the button to show machines just didn’t do anything.

Horrendous

This app hasn’t worked for years. They’ve managed to give the app a full makeover without fixing it. I have been completely unable to sign in for 2 years, but I can on the website. I only try the app occasionally to see if it’s fixed but no, never is

Faulty app

It took me 9 times just to add a card to the app. Then the money took forever to add. The normal circuit app was much better don’t see the need for a new one. The app is just full of faults.

STEALS YOUR MONEY

every time you use the machine even if you have enough credit they will charge you an extra 5 pounds anyway, so every wash and dry will cost around 10 pound instead of 5

Actually it Works

I initially wrote a negative review. However, after taking a second look at the app, I see that it does allow specific amounts to be added to the pool. The decimal point button is poorly displayed, however, so that it is difficult to see. This app actually works quite well and the service it is related too is convenient and inexpensive. Losses one star for the bad interface display.

Badly Designed App

Awful app, has the least intuitive UI I have ever seen I don’t know why they felt the need to make another when there’s already two apps for the same company it just causes unnecessary confusion. The fact that you have to make separate accounts for each app as well is disgusting because now I have funds on a different app that isn’t used at my location anymore that I can no longer use unless I pay a fee to transfer that is so steep it makes it hardly worth it!

Most useless app ever

Most useless app to ever exist. It only exists to take money out of your pocket. If a building uses this app, they just want to watch their residents get robbed blind.

Terrible System

Laundrette console wasn’t synced with the machines properly so I decided to try the app. Finally got my card added, put money in my balance and selected my machine to pay. Selected my wash but the payment button didn’t do anything when I pressed it. So couldn’t pay via the app, but over the 20 minutes it took to sort out the machines finally synced with the console. Paid at the console no bother. Don’t know if the app will ever work, maybe I’m not getting that money back.

Hassle to use, what’s wrong with just paying at the machines themselves?

Scammers

Buggy app designed to take as much as your money as possible. Hopefully someone finds a way to glitch the app like on the last one!

Another scamming app from the Scammer company.

This company will keep making different apps for the same purpose and make moving funds or refund impossible. How does Apple Store even allow this app on the App Store. This is money laundering.
