Absolutely terrible.

Scam, predatory, waste of time and money. Only use it because I literally have no other choice. Saddens me that students make what little they do and this company takes advantage of it with their awful system. And when you finally do give up your money, does it ever work? Hardly ever.

Awful

Hasn’t worked for 4 weeks and got an email saying it won’t be fixed this week due to technical difficulties like seriously just fix it, it’s been 4 weeks, my whole accommodation doesn’t have any washing facilities now

Coupon Option Not Available

The app is awful, the coupon option isn’t on the app even when the website says it is there. The only reason I downloaded the app was to redeem my coupon and it’s not even an option? Fix this now.

Disgusting company

Machines hardly ever work, take your money , incredibly hard to get any form of refund as they never return emails or phone calls . I wash my clothes by hand rather than use this company . Honestly steer well clear if you can

Never works

Some machine is always out of order. The system never works. I don’t know why buildings use this. Takes your money. Support system is inaccessible. Not even worth one star tbh.

What a hassle

Don’t know how to get the money back from the old app though you described it as “just do this and this and this”. Why don’t make things easy for busy people? The contact service is said to work until 7pm but there is no one at 6pm. The app asked you to provide every detail again and again.
Ridiculous company makes everything hard for you just to take the money that cannot be freely transferred.

Is the new app just for a fraud?

Unable to use the top up card with the new machine and can’t get refund online which is ridiculous.

Terrible Customer Service

It is taking ages to get your balance from the previous app to the new one. I have called them multiple times, sent countless mails and no solution still. Such a horrible service.

If possible avoid at all costs

machine ate my money and didn’t start… no refund available not to mention the scandalous price per wash. Do not use if at all avoidable.
