The worse service

They created a new app and thus created a new problem for the customers that had to contact the worse customer service team so they can make you the “favour” of transfer the money. The phone line is useless. I totally hate this service.

So much easier

Just used the new app for the first time. Very simple to set up and use. Massive improvement.

Useless Company

Circuit laundry have made laundry an absolute nightmare across my 3 years of university. I have had to use 3 different apps, yes 3 different apps across my 3 years and you cannot transfer money between the apps might I add. This app “circuit go” however, really is the cherry on the cake, I go to use a dryer and it tells me I must top up my account even though I have more than enough. Avoid circuit at all costs they are a terrible, terrible company!

Scam

Laundry app was changed on me without warning and I can’t transfer credit from the old app to the new one

Awful system

Why is there 4 apps for just using a bloody washing machine and to transfer any money over it now costs money for this! On top of that once the fee has been added it hasn’t even loaded onto the correct one of 4 apps that my accommodation allows so now I have to reach back out which takes a week just to get through to the people on the service line about my issues. The bloody card top up worked well at least to add money and never had any issues and now my money is just being taken before even washing anything. If it does start the wash the machines clean naught at all on your clothes and breakdown halfway through it’s easier to buy a bucket and hand wash them all than spend every week getting money back!

Unable to pay via app

So far I have not been able to get this app to work and it is incredibly frustrating. Emailing/ live chat is not helpful either, they just keep telling me to uninstall and redownload the app which I have done multiple times. Had to pay via terminal when it finally worked, sad to say I can't use the app to pay at the terminal and since I am unable to use the app to pay, there is just money stuck on there. If i want to withdrawal it costs a £2 admission fee, they also take admission fee off refunds if the machine doesn't work. This is terrible. Also if you transfer your money from the old app onto this new one, it is in a form of an unwithdrawable coupon which is not fair either.

Waste of update the old system was fine cant wait to not use a mashing machine as a service ick
