  • I love this app!!!

This app is such a life saver for my family! We all live in different states so it’s fun to just send a postcard every week or two of how my 3 yr old son is growing to all the family. But this app is so easy to use and so straight to the point and not to mention it’s CHEAP! I just spent 3.99$ on the largest postcard they have! You can’t beat that ! My papa (grandfather) was recently diagnosed with dementia so we send him one every week and he certainly looks forward too them every week! Thank you so much for keeping me in touch with family and sharing memories with family members out of state! I couldn’t thank you enough for all the happiness this brings each and every one of them!

  • Slow Turnaround

App seems pretty good, but the time between when it’s posted and when it’s received has been over a week for me. Not good when cards don’t arrive until days after you return from a vacation.

Update: It finally arrived after 2 weeks and now I know why - it was sent from Nottingham England. So it’s probably a great app in GB, but not so much in the US. In fairness it did say it would arrive 10-15 working days when I ordered it, but I guess I didn’t want to believe that.

  • Loyal customer for a while..then poor customer service

Really loved this app for a while. I had a card sent to a seriously ill friend that never showed up. I asked customer service if they could resend. Multiple emails back and forth and multiple days went by between repsonses I kept having to ask if it could be mailed again. Finally, they told me they wouldn’t resend this card bc of the address. That could have been said in the first email and saved me time and effort. There’s a lot of competition in this space, I think customer service would be the gam changer and it was very underwhelming.

  • Deceptive Pricing

Won’t just tell you how many credits you get for the amount you spend until after you make purchase, nor does it even make clear what one credit gets you, or how many credits each type of product costs. Or if they do they make it very difficult to find.

Also resizing doesn’t work. You resize with two fingers but as soon as you let go it pops back to the original size. I even edited my entire photo before importing to the app so it was almost the exact right proportion for the frame size, but still it arbitrarily blew it up to the size where a significant amount of the photo was out of the frame.

  • Wanted this to be a great app……but

This app has all sorts of great potential written all over it but the user interface is extremely clunky. e.g. When trying to type in the main text field the font choices box takes up half the screen, covering up much of what you are actually trying to type. No way that I could find to hide it once your selection of fonts is made. The front of the postcard offers an option to add text - great. The problem is after adding it you can’t go on unless you also select a photo. What is the point? And by the way you better get the aspect ratio exactly right or you have all sorts of issues trying to get what you want included. What are the aspect ratios on the photos? Who knows….not listed or shown anywhere, so you just have to guess and edit photos in your photo editor by trial and error. Great idea…..poor execution.

  • Better communication would have helped

I ordered 2 postcards for friends at camp, thinking that they would arrive in plenty of time with the 5-day turnaround. I didn’t realize that covid or business days would be factored in since it’s printing and mailing. I only received a note today stating that they were mailed off, after ordering these 7 days ago. My little camper friends will leave camp before these arrive. I think it’s a great service idea, but it would have been nice to know a timeframe when I was creating the postcards. According to my expectations, these would have been mailed on Sunday and arrive just in time, but unfortunately that probably won’t work out.

  • A good postcard app

This is a very handy app with lots of great features. I love that you can duplicate a card, save addresses. One thing I don’t like is that’s it’s difficult to edit the text once you’re done because the cursor doesn’t easily hit the text needing editing. By making the font smaller though, this seems easy enough to overcome. Overall, a great app that produces good quality and generously sized cards.

  • SO AMAZING

This app is killer! Very fun! Plus, I’m a photographer and it’s great to be able to send postcards of my work to loved ones.

There are other apps like this, Touch Note is one I used to use, but it’s more expensive, you have to sign up for a monthly payment plan/subscription, and you can’t put a little pic of yourself & your signature on the back like you can with this app. Plus, the prepay & save option in this app is great, and there are different fonts you can choose for the text, and there is the option of choosing a larger sized postcard (which is unusual & very cool).

Especially in this Pandemic, stay in touch in a fun way, and it’s ALWAYS fun for someone to receive mail, especially such personalized postcards! Little gifts your friends/family can put on the fridge or in a frame.

My worst problem is that it’s so fun to pick the pics & who to send them to, it’s like an addiction at this point, lol!

*Just make SURE you have the pic the way you want, and the address with you at the time of browsing or ordering to enter - once you proofread your card & it’s in your cart, you CANNOT change it unless you erase it & start over. You can’t even flip it over to remember what you wrote in the postcard or update the writing - it’s a little weird, but as long as you know that going in, it’s fine. I’ve had to erase a couple and start over, but not a huge deal.

  • Terrible service cards don’t arrive

Used to be fine but now cards either don’t arrive at all or arrive late. I ordered 2 cards on 19th Jan to arrive way before the due date of 14th Feb. One didn’t arrive at all and the other arrived on 15th after prompting. They refunded the one that didn’t arrive but not even a credit to say sorry. Would you even know they haven’t arrived? You would probably assume once purchased you wouldn’t have to check with the recipient so goodness knows how many I’ve sent in the past probably also didn’t arrive. Now thinking back many relatives haven’t thanked me for their cards so I have probably been paying this company for empty promises for a while. Also they encourage you to pay in advance to get a discount but the reality is that you are left with a credit for just under the price of a card that can’t be used towards the cost of the card so they just keep your deficit. Find another app or provider is my advice.

  • Smudged & damaged cards

2019...Reported/emailed approx 20+ times since December. 2 months on, no refund for my credit I have on account (£30+), & no resolution provided for all damaged cards. Aftercare is shocking, very bad. Refuse to send/escalate complaint to CEO/manager or send their details to me to make complaint outside of company. Aftercare is very important to a companies reputation, avoid this company, they don’t want to hear any issues & they definitely don’t want to resolve them or refund a customers credit (own money) from account. They tried blaming post office, but square water marks are print side. They have received pictures of all the smudged on cards, very clear. 1 was torn too.
2021...Tried again reluctantly just to use credit up that they refused to refund for above order, & they sent out 12 small postcards instead of 12 larger ones that I paid more for
